They wont even call you back, no one answers the phone. I have called 3 or 4 times and left a voicemail. Their prices are ridiculous but offer new customers more than half the price of what I am paying.

When i came here it was $80 a month, that was 8 months ago, now my bill is $127 and they want an extra $20 for 24 hour access, just avoid these guys, i wish i did, dont want to move all my stuff, but i would not rent here again, check bad reviews, they lure you in with a low price then up it by almost double, dont fall for the scam like we did

The staff doesn’t communicate among themselves when it comes to unit issues. I was getting calls every single day about my outstanding balance and I had to explain each time what was going on instead of them communicating with each other. They piled on fees upon fees even after promising me they wouldn’t. Absolutely trash people who don’t answer the phones and aren’t helpful what so ever.

I have been trying to get credits back to my acct as I have been double billed by office in Winnipeg, mb. I was dealing with Lucia. I have text, called always answering machine, no call backs I have paid twice every month in the amount of $119.12 I would like some help and if this is where I vent I will do so

I found myself needing to rent a storage unit and Public Storage was the closest to me. Sydney was very pleasant, respectful, and very helpful. She found me the perfect sized unit for my current needs and the pricing is great. I had a great experience. Thank you so much!

I absolutely love this place! I couldn’t get my door to open. I went to the office and this young lady working there said she’d take a look. She came out with me and was wrestling with it for a couple minutes and finally got it to open.
I didn’t see what it was but a rock or something was jammed between the door and the track. She was very nice and very helpful.

This is at the 102nd and Wiesman location in Omaha. Staff were willing to let me pre-pay to lock in the Labor Day sale rate for a year, since my storage needs are long-term. Easy to do business with and mobile app seems easy to use. They do need an updated map of the climate controlled facility, since I needed a staff person to help me find the unit, which was located between two units in such a way that the numbering was way out of sequence.
