Most unprofessional lab I've ever encountered. Almost didn't see me because they didn't know to ask for my middle Initial and was going to stick me back in the lobby . Luckily I thought for both of us... Also "nurse" argued with me like a child . If you can don't go back here. So irritated right now .

Showed up early and checked in. Waiting room was packed. Waited until 10 minutes past my appointment and left. Don't overbook your times lots. Basic buisness practice....

The people who work at this location are great. The company itself is utter trash.
Over the course of several years, I've never been able to schedule an appointment. I go through the entire process on their website only to get a message saying "the time you selected is no longer available". After I restart the scheduling process again, I see that my originally selected time is, in fact, available. This occurs with *any* selected time on any date. Calling the automated scheduling phone system, I'm able to schedule an appointment for that time (even if I had to give it a fake last name just so it would understand me) If Quest wasn't my only choice, I would have changed to another lab provider years ago when this happened the first time. There is zero support available, it's not possible to contact a human at all for any reason. I've complained about the non-functionality of the website via their "contact us" form for several years and never received any acknowledgement from anyone. As far as I can tell, the only option is to walk-in and pray that you aren't there for 4 hours. Quest doesn't have reception of any kind, so don't think you'll show up at a front desk to make an appointment. It's just a couple of overworked phlebotomists in a strip mall with no support from the main corporation as far as I can tell.

Quest Diagnostic Services does not have the man power or the WANT to help people. I waited on hold for over half an hour today just to be told that I should call someone else for the results because she “doesn’t want to waste my time” would’ve been nice to know before I was on hold. Furthermore, why is it SO difficult in general to acces MY OWN test results. What do they expect to do for there patients without computers or cell phones. It is incredibly disappointing and I would not encourage anyone that actually wants to get there health figured out to use Quest Diagnostic Services. Quest Diagnostic Services is the worst experience I have had with medical testing ever. Other places are not like this, so if you don’t HAVE to use Quest, I encourage you not to!!

Set appointment for 12:30. Arrived at 12:15. Waited until 1pm. What's the point of making an appointment just to sit around for 45 min in a waiting room the size of my shoe with 12 other people? Poor management.

If you want your test results back in a timely manner, go to Lab Corp. I used Quest for the first time ever last week for a routine blood test and still have not received my results. The same test at Lab Corp in Lincoln takes less than 24 hours to receive. Unacceptable.

Sign in was easy, 2 others ahead of me but I got in almost right after them. Quick and easy drug screening process, I was in and out before I knew it.

I’ve always had great experiences at this location. Vicki is awesome! She did a great job and we had some good laughs. I’d definitely recommend making an appointment in advance vs. being a walk-in. You’ll get in much faster and the check in process is very smooth. Keep up the good work!

The first attempt to get blood resulted in bruising on my arm and no success. The lady trying to draw blood asked ? nda to try. Linda has done my blood work before and never fails or bruises me. Next time I ask for her specifically because she is the best

Came straight from work and arrived by 3:55pm. 2 women inside saw me walking yo and closed the door. We attempted to call them and they didn’t answer. At 3:57 they came to the door advising they were closed. They then told me that I was disrespectful for coming at 3:55. I confirmed that the hour are till 4pm, so why would you shut the door on me: Another lady in the background stated “its because she’s black”. Then threatened to call the police. They ended up out back smoking cigarettes and it wasn’t even 4 pm yet. Contacting the better business bureau. The not so lovely ladies spewing racism were Vicki and Norma. Also recorded the interaction.
