I rarely write reviews but the guy that helped with my computer (Will) was outstanding. Extremely knowledgeable. A total professional that took pride in his work. He took the time to explain the procedures he were going to employ and recommended different options to further improve my system. If you need help with computer issues this is definitely the place to go!

Very pleased!! I woke up to BitLocker activated on my HP laptop. A Google search was telling me there was a high chance I could lose access to all my data. I brought it in to John at the Omaha location. From the beginning, it was clear he was highly competent with these situations. After a few days, John called to let me know he unlocked it. Could not be happier!!For the meaningful work they do, the cost for their service is extremely reasonable. I cannot express my gratitude enough!!Appreciate all you do!!!

Very Pleased! I woke up to BitLocker being activated on my HP Laptop. A quick Google search was telling me that there was a high likelihood I would lose all my data. I brought it into John at the Omaha location. From the beginning, he instilled confidence. After a few days John called me to let me know he unlocked it. Could not be happier! For the meaningful work they do, the cost for their service is extremely reasonable. I cannot express my gratitude enough!! Appreciate all you do!!

I bought an SSD for my gaming computer at Best Buy & it did not come with the small screw to install it into my motherboard. After letting Best Buy know they told me I was pretty much SOL because they don't carry the hardware. I went down the line of stores on Apple maps and kept getting the SOL conclusion of having to order the small screw online UNTIL I reached these guys. I let the guy on the phone know the situation and he transfered me to Chris and then Chris told me they would be able to help me. I B lined it to their store which was very easy to find and walking in Marcus greeted promptly and helped with selecting the proper screw and letting me know that motherboard screws are universal for the most part but some are different and after looking at a picture of my motherboard he handed me what he believed was the correct one. He also let me know if it wasn't that I could bring in my whole computer and get it squared away for me. When I got home i was pleasantly surprised that he was correct on the screw size. These guys were a total life saver and probably the nicest group of guys i have had to pleasure of interacting with. Being new to the whole gaming computer scene they didn't make me feel goofy for not knowing about motherboards and the components. I will definitely send all my family and homies to these guys and will be going back for any future computer needs. Thank you again to Chris & Marcus(I'm sorry if I'm completely misspelling your name).

My daughter brought her laptop in to the store in Lincoln to get a repair estimate. Gene gave her a handwritten scribbled piece of paper with an estimate. We turned it in to the insurance company and they came back and said they need something with a business logo or letterhead on it. My daughter returned to ask for the estimate to be put on letterhead and was told she would be charged $100 for it. This business charges $100 to give a legitimate professional looking estimate instead of one that looks like it came from a teenager. No thanks, we will take our business elsewhere and be sure to let others know to steer clear of this place unless they want to pay for ridiculous charges.

I have been going to Quick Connect (Omaha) for about fifteen years now. They have done all kinds of repair work for me; they have revived computers that I did not think were salvageable; and I have bought two reconditioned computers there for family and friends. I would have to say that Quick Connect has always been reliable and honest; the staff are personable; and they are never slow! Frankly, I am still not very knowledgeable about computers, but they have given me good advice over the years, and I have never felt overcharged for the work they have done for me. At this time, there are many computer repair shops in Omaha, but Quick Connect was one of the first -- and it speaks highly for them that they are still here, and still doing an excellent job. -- I know that because I was there today!

I took my laptop in to get repaired because my email was acting up. i paid $50 for a back up to make sure all my files would be good to go. When I got my laptop back a very important program that runs my CNC machine did not work. I asked them to return it back to the condition it was before i handed it to them and they said that would cost extra. Even after i paid them almost $300 for the repair. I talked to the owner and said to bring it back in and they would do the repair for free. After 1hr of being in the shop there was nothing they could do. Still to this day my program does not work I can't run my business off my laptop. So my side business of making signs out of metal is now hindered because i choose Quick Connect instead of going to Geek Squad. Actually Kristan Y. my program that runs my CNC machine is from 2016 and i had zero issues with that program until your shop messed with my laptop. so the program is not 25 years old. Don't make up things that are not true. I have called three different companies to try to restore this program. and the only reason you got one star is because i could not give you a negative star. I will not be returning.

Once again, Quick Connect resolved my computer issue. I had an external drive problem. I walked in without an appointment and they fixed the issue within minutes. Very knowledgeable and friendly staff! Great pricing. Thanks again, Quick Connect! You will always have my loyalty!

Against my better judgement, I bought my son a Dell laptop for college. Good computer, but HORRIBLE customer service! When I had an issue, customer service would answer the phone, but then transfer me multiple times. Almost 3 weeks of not getting anywhere with Dell's support, I decided to take the laptop to Quick Connect. I am VERY happy with their level of knowledge and support! They offered a reasonable price to fix the issue and had it resolved in a week! I KNOW I will never purchase another Dell computer, but I will definitely utilize Quick Connect's services in the future!

I tell them what I need but they still want to charge me a 100 dollar diagnostic fee obviously they are going to Nicole and dime you to death find another honest repair shop. Just read the rest of the reviews they never take responsibility either they just blame the customer poor service!UPDATE: since leaving this review this guy has called me nonstop to take it down absolutely not going to happen.
