Went on a sat at about 1pm for an oil change. Dropped off my car and went to do some errands. Got a call back about an hour later. Quick, fast, and respectable. Only downside is, the oil change was 84.00. Like what?!? Guess I'm going to start doing it myself again. All in all, not a bad experience.

They always do a good job. Yes it's 80 bucks but. Buy the oil and the filter that's 40 bucks they look at tires add fluids check filters and disposal of oil. Time to do it yourself about a hour plus picking up the stuff and getting rid of oil. That's about 30 bucks in time or more. Air filter was dirty was like 29 bucks installed. Across the street at auto part store mine was 20 bucks or a touch more. So not a horrible price. Also if something goes wrong not on me.

Quick lane did good work on my truck, it runs great and the issue is fixed. I'm not going to detract a star for this, but I asked them to refill my windshield wiper fluid and they said they would but they must have forgotten. I also got an oil change but didn't get a sticker with mileage/ time reminder. Again, I recommend this place and give it 5 stars, despite the very minor above stated imperfections.

I came into this business to look for a part I needed for my car. How original right? I didn't bring my VIN or insurance card for my car but the older man at the desk was more than willing to look around in the system to check for the parts I was needing. I came in on a Friday and the man informed me that he wouldn't be able to put in the order for the part until Monday anyway. He proceeded to tell me that I was welcome to come back anytime before or during Monday to give him my VIN and ensure that we order the correct parts for my car instead of ordering something blindly online like other shops would only for me to have to return the parts later. I appreciated his service and positive attitude even while I was missing basic information That I failed to bring.

They said they checked my air filter but obviously did not and I only get my trucks serviced at this place. So who knows how long it needed replaced. Restricted was so bad bent a part in my turbo and messed up parts inside of it. So needed a complete replacement and they refused to own up or pay for the repair. My air filter weighed about 12 lbs the repair was 5 grand all their fault.Service: Air & cabin filter replacement

Michael is a rock star! An older lady came in while I was waiting for my oil change. She was having a challenging day with her car issues and was clearly frustrated. Michael was patient and kind in helping her. Plus, he helped her sort out an issue she was having with her smartphone when she asked for his help. WOW‼️ Not even remotely related to the job he was there to do. The world needs more people like Michael. Woodhouse Ford, you are so fortunate he chooses to work for you.

I bought a used Ford from a different dealer and had some transmission trouble a few months after purchasing. I was told Ford would have to take care of this issue as it was a horrible part put on these Focus vehicles. I took it to Woodhouse Ford to have the "Transmission Control Module" replaced in 2022. I ended up waiting six months for the part that they replaced (would have been longer but I became that proverbial squeaky wheel) and now one year later our vehicle is having the same issue. I took my vehicle in today to have them diagnose the issue and start the process of getting the bad part they replaced already ordered and replaced but the service rep said he wouldn't even get me in to troubleshoot for two weeks. They know the issue, they know the problem, they know what to look for during troubleshooting but they will not even think about looking at an issue they know what and supposedly how to diagnose. The service personnel gave me a blank stare and would not attempt to show any type of remorse for the same issue we continue to have with this vehicle. I will never take my vehicle to Woodhouse Ford again and that sucks because I live less than a mile from them. I will drive the 9 miles to the next closest one for further issues dealing with warranty work. So frustrated. Save yourself. Go somewhere else

Such a scam. Went in to get a couple of things fixed, they requested my payment after they had " fixed " everything, I went to check to make sure everything was good and they had done nothing. Expected thousands of dollars for 0 repair, not even kidding. Once I showed them that it was in the same condition, the man sighed and rolled his eyes. They left parts on the floor of my car when I picked it up for the last time, bolts, plastic, etc. You would be better off with a broken car then to attempt to get it fixed here.

Good customer service experience. They educate you on the issues they find with your vehicle. Would recommend to family and friends.

I took our 2010 Ford Mustang to the Quick Lane service personnel on 72nd Street and after looking at it, they told me that I needed to have a tire sensor module reprogrammed and I would have to go to the regular service center. I checked the Blair location (which I love) and this location, which had an opening earlier. They set the appt and told me to come back in two weeks. Long story short, we dropped off the vehicle the night before, and got a call later the next day saying they had no record of the appt. From then on, it was a series of texts (they were going to reprogram the module and replace two sensors-even though they were brand new) to fix the issue. They quoted a price of $706. Then they texted and said that didn't work and they would need to replace the module and guess what, that price was $706 too. However, 10 days later the car was done and the bill was over $1600! We have purchased a lot of cars over the years from Woodhouse, but we will never, ever return here for service. Communication was extremely poor and the the cost/bill and the entire situation is reflected in my rating.

Never ending problems and terrible management! I’ve been coming here for years and the service has just gone downhill! Came in to get new tires, oil change and cabin filter. Now I’m aware that trucks have wear parts and things need to be replaced. However after spending 2300$ the tires weren’t even inflated to spec, and there was a grinding noise when I turned on the ac. Literally when I picked it up. Walked back in and asked if anyone had checked their own work? They apologized and blew out the motor and said all was good. A few days later the noise was back. When I brought (4the trip) it back to have them fix the noise I was informed that there were leaves and the motor needed to be replaced soon. How they got in there I’m not sure but I’ve never had this issue before. The manager was extremely rude and unprofessional. I said the noise hadn’t been present when I dropped it off originally and that I had never had that issue before. He rudely raised his voice and said well it’s seven years old ant that parts wear out. I will not be returning here for any future business and would suggest others not as well.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement

Disappointed when I couldn't get the battery replaced 30 minutes prior to closing.

I came here to get a pre-purchase inspection and they were extremely helpful. They printed off the entire service history they had on the vehicle as the owner had bought it from them, which was really nice. I highly recommend them!

Was able to provide my own oil and filter. They got me right in and right out in an expedited and efficient manner.
