My daughters and I were doing a quick trip to QuikTrip which this is our neighborhood gas station so we go there all the time We were actually there about 2 hours prior and we got fountain drinks. My daughter left hers in the car so it was still full. Mine was about halfway but completely watered down. So we brought our drinks in there My other daughter bought a brand new one. My little one she just put ice in hers I dumped mine out and refilled it. So I already knew I had to pay for it this rude cashier says he's the manager but was so rude and said he saw my daughter and I fill them both up which was an absolute lie and then he threatened to take her drinks from us even though I was trying to pay for mine refill but he took my little girls drink from her and then I said check the cameras can I talk to your manager he said I am the manager he then gave me my daughter's drink back and said I'm going to charge you for a brand new one. This guy was very rude to a customer that goes there all the time and disrespected me in front of my daughters so now we are never going back to that quik trip again. He definitely needs to be reprimanded or fired. Over a $1.09.

I work a few blocks away from this QT. Our office has a fridge that freezes everything we put in it, and no microwave ? So I come here almost every weekday on my break to thaw/reheat my packed lunches. I fill my gas tank here every week and buy occasional snacks as well, in exchange for using their microwave daily!I have tried a couple other nearby gas stations, and found that they are not super friendly if you use the microwave without buying anything right then. These other places also tend to have food stations that are really nasty and in need of cleaning. QT usually does a good job keeping up with cleaning (their bathrooms are the cleanest gas station bathrooms out there), and they have never given me weird looks for not buying something each time I stop in to heat up my lunch. In fact, they greet me almost every single time I walk in, and thank me almost every time I leave!When I do buy gas or snacks, the pumps are quick and consistently in good working order (and they have a non-ethanol option!), payment is always a breeze, and food selection is good. I'm so grateful to be able to have hot lunches every day because of this place! Thanks QT!

Guess I never thought about it until today when I walked in and saw they won an award for best store in the division. The full time staff here are always friendly and though it's clear they must be measured on their checkout speed it never feels as though they are trying to rush you our frustrated with you.The Casey's up the road is known for always having long lines that take forever to move at all but here the line moves fast no matter how long or how many lottery players in it. Also, I know this is a low bar but of the stores in Millard they seem to have the most variety of the foods you would expect at a gas station.

I bought a drink and set it outside when I went to the bathroom and they threw it away and didn't compensate me. Talked to the manager lady and she just talked around helping me.

There is no comparison for friendly, efficient and fast service with other gas stations. Quick Trip employees at this location nail it. Every. Single. Time. Period.

I had Sara as a cashier she was worst cashier I've ever experienced or encountered she has ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS! AND CAME OFF EXTREMELY RACIST!!! it's sad really if u hate your job you shouldn't be working customer service.

The employees are always on the ball, quick, caring & friendly. The store is very clean & well stocked. Quik Trip's have always been great places because you can get little free items like napkins or little condiment packages, matches etc. Sometimes when I've walked into a Quick Trip after a stressful event, Ihave felt safe & that I was in a happy place. The stores just have that kind of vibe. But I really like this Quik Trip in my neighborhood .

This QuikTrip is a great location, has a pretty decent amount of parking spots and gas pumps, and is always well lit. I do think it's one of the smaller locations out of the few I've been to. Recently, I stopped in to get an ice cream cone, and Ian was really friendly and made sure my ice cream cone was made well. The associate at the cashier counter greeted me when I walked in and took care of customers pretty quickly as well. The only thing I thought needed a little attention was the bathrooms. The walk way was a little dirty and the women's bathroom needed a little tidying up. Other than that this QuikTrip has a lot of snack options that they offer, comfort food meals, and some healthy choices as well. I also saw that they have a few automotive products just in case your car needs it.

Always a really friendly staff and experiences. Really like the ability to order kitchen stuff or other items from the app and they will deliver it curbside or pump side. Bathrooms are clean and quiet. Think it's cool they also offer a safe place for teens or people needing to get away from something or facing a problem. This particular store competes with their prices against other stations such as Murphy's just right up the street.

Oh my goodness!! They have the best iced teas!! Brewed with flavor and perfection!! I always have to stop by when I am in town!! Also the lady working was just a gem! She was busy but kind and treated everyone great!!
