I love red storage. Been storing my things here for 4 years. Its safe and staff are always so helpful to me when in need of assistance. There are also surveillance cameras onsite for added piece of mind and a security gate for entry

I rented a unit and paid on time sometimes months ahead. I paid my bill for my upcoming month and it double billed me. That very same day we vacated the unit left it open without the lock per instructions and I phoned in May asking for my money back because first of the website double withdrew. May I spoke with a gentleman named Steve that left a note for Amber. In June I phoned Amber on the status of my refund. She said a check would definitely be issued for the double bill but she had to talk to her manager about paying me the refund for the month I paid and vacated the same day. I calles today October 4th 2019. I was informed Amber was out of the office and would have to take a message. I said I needed to speak with someone today as this money is a large amount and desperately needed for a family of 5. The girl who answered said she would take a message so I decided to call Steve again to see what he could do. Again nothing. I was told Amber was not in. I asked for a corporate number and he said he was not his decision to let me contact corporate nor would he tell me who the owners were. I need this dealt with by corporate someone who can actually pay me. I would gladly druve out and grab a check. She told me it was to be mailed in June. It never came nor has anyone made an effort to contact me. They are taking advantage of me I just need my money back.

They'll raise the rent on you every year and in the winter months there will be nothing but ice in front of the units....where's that rent money going again????
