I went twice in about 2wks, 1st time design for the 4th on 1 nail, gel polish removal maniure and new polish. Manicure was very rough, tore up 2 cuticles ( I was bleeding) stylist refused to cut down nails. Cuticles were sore 2 days later. Went a 2nd time asking for another stylists. Same issue cuticle was bleeding. They did not use any cuticle cream just used the dremel to remove cuticles. After leaving I received a phishing email with a fraudulent charge on my account. I get my real nails done all the time and the 2 stylist were both very rough during polish removal and cuticle care. I could not give a worse than 1 on this review, if I could it would have been 0. I will not return. Watch your use of cards here.

Got a fill and a week later my nails all chipped. I have never had them do that before
I will never be back. 3 nails also broke.

I won’t be returning. I received a gift certificate from a friend for this salon and stopped in today for a gel manicure. I was very dissatisfied—the shellac is bumpy, bubbly, and uneven. The lines in the design are sloppy, and the gel color bled onto my cuticles and nail beds. When I asked the nail technician to clean it up, she told me it would come off once I washed my hands. That was clearly not true after the color had been cured. The gel manicure I had when I came to the appointment looked better, even after three weeks of growth. Thank goodness for my gift certificate—otherwise, I would have an issue paying for this. I will stick to my regular salon.

Just got my nails done yesterday and I was very disappointed with the end result. I am not one to complain. The lady was very nice but the work was not good at all … in the daylight they look so bad. These were supposed to be my birthday treat and it was honestly a wast of $50 on a fill and polish !!! Not to mention the polish is starting to come off on the sides not even 24 hours they were done. Some nails weren’t cleaned right and others they didn’t even use enough polish on them. I won’t be that person to ask for a refund but I will never go back again or recommend to any of my friends and family.

I went to the Walmart nail salon in Papillion today and asked her for a pink French tip (first picture is what i showed her) I repeatedly showed her the picture she began to color my whole nail a solid pink when I told her that’s not what I wanted she pushed my hand away and then another lady working came over and explained to what I wanted to her then the lady working on my nails started to use a drill to take the nail polish off doing a very sloppy job she left a bunch of polish left over on my nails then she proceeded to do a very sloppy job on my French tip I’m really not happy with the service I got and I paid $65 for a slip job I don’t recommend going here to get your nails done 😡😡

I went to get my nails done here last week and it was a nightmare. While the staff are very kind and friendly, their skill level is -4. My polish is not sleek and smooth. It’s dull, lumpy, and very poorly done. I was there for HOURS. I am still upset I paid for such a terrible paint job. I received a fill and pedicure and it was the worst I’ve ever experienced. I wouldn’t recommend their services & definitely won’t ever return.Services: Pedicure

I went in to remove my solar nails only. The staff was nice at first. Then I noticed the lady wrapping my fingers with a cotton ball on my right hand soaked with aspartame/ nail polish remover solution wrapping each nail in aluminum foil, then sticking my had in a bag of aspartame on top of a heated rock. Never in my years have I ever had my nails removed this way. My hand was in that solution for over 20 min. She did not do that to my left hand. Why I don't know. Just in solution only. I found out why later. She chemically burnt every finger on my left hand. Did not even apologize. My hand is on fire today. Do not recommend this salon. Had to go to another nail salon to have them fix my nails as she left them not done at all. I'm very upset with this place. Not even an apology. She even had the nerve to say. I am sensitive to solution. Omg in my 25 years of getting my nails do never have I. Funny how my other had did not get burnt in the solution ?

Horrible service and nail work done. On top of that they charged $50 each acrylic set when it was a basic set. The man doing my nails huffed and puffed the entire time, like angry much? My nails chipped the day after and I paid way too much. Highly do not recommend going here. Go somewhere else.Service: Acrylic nails

Ladies speak other languages and doent barley speak to you so made me feel like they were bad talking me. I have calluses on my feet and they barley even touched them.
