I love the damp that there are cleaners and damp towels available to clean up the door jambs and spots the automatic wash missed. The vacuums are well-maintained and I like that there are two different-sized nozzles.

The customer service is phenomenal! Everyone is so nice and professional.Prices are much better than they used to be. The only reason for four stars is that my windows are always smeared. I am a professional driver, so I really notice issues with the glass.If we can get this issue solved, you will earn five stars from me!

Be careful of what you sign up for. I paid for a “promo” plan for 18 months for unlimited rocket wash and detail at $59/month. Well at some point their regular price for that package dropped to $49/month and I was never notified and it was never changed on their end. Just kept taking my overpayment. When I did find out they said there was nothing they could do to compensate. That didn’t feel right with me so this relationship has ended. That’s my experience.

Look, with all the crazy new car wash places in town you’d think they’d want to stand out for the right reasons. Today they just sucked. Paid for the subscription that I’ll cancel shortly to have the interior and exterior done. My 8 year old nephew could have done a better job. Zero effort or effs given by the gentlemen in the interior tunnel. Just sad.

Decent car wash. I don't enjoy how every time I pull up to pay, I get pandered on getting a membership. This last time, the young man asked me in four different ways to get a membership. How many times do I need to say no??Anyways, the vacuums are not very powerful. Areas on my car are sometimes not cleaned properly.Services: Vacuuming

Earlier this summer, I spoke with the General Manager of the 168th & Maple St (Omaha) location, Travis.We pay for the Express Full Service (External & Internal) and have done so for over 6 months.When I spoke with Travis, I explained that on three separate occasions (at the time) we had taken our Jeep Wrangler through the interior cleaning, and upon leaving discovered that various parts of our vehicle had not been cleaned, vacuumed, wiped down, etc.At that time, Travis told me:1) "...be sure to let the guys know to take good care of my vehicle when I drop it off. "- My response was that I thought that was what I was paying for and that I shouldn’t have to request for a good job to be done.2) "...et him know if it happens again and he’ll make sure that we send it back through the service to get it taken care of."- My response was that I don’t want to have to worry about taking another 15 minutes of my time to cover for something that should’ve been done right the first time.- He gave me free month of service because of my frustration at the time.Since that time, we have been back through this location about every week. There have been multiple times since then that we haven’t been happy, but it wasn’t worth it to complain because we felt like it wasn’t getting addressed.Today (09/17/23), I took the vehicle through the exterior and interior washes again. When I dropped the car off in the interior cleaning section, I specifically asked the kid on duty to make sure to vacuum the back because we had just been to the pumpkin patch and it had a lot of loose dirt, dust, etc.Our issues from today:* Didn’t take the mats out of the inside to clean them* Still mud in multiple areas of the car* Windows were not cleaned* I opened the back of the Wrangler before leaving and noticed it hadn’t been vacuumed, so I informed the young man working there so that he could vacuum it out at that time.* Still has a couple places in the back seat that didn’t get wiped off* Noticeable mud/dirt on the inside of the back.I pulled back around to talk to the manager and spoke with Tyler. His response upon me bringing up my concerns were:* “I’ll talk to the guys and ask them to do a better job.”* “What do you want me to do about it?”

The car wash does a decent job. There were a few spots that it missed. The really cool thing is they have super powerful vacuums on each side of the stalls after the wash. It also has an air sprayer and a bin of towels to wipe down your car. They also have carts with spray bottles containing window cleaner, interior cleaner, interior polish/ protector, and tire shiner. The best part all of those are INCLUDED with your wash there's no extra cost to use it!!!

Service was great. Facility was great. CS is the worst. Signed up initially for the one month deal for the top tier wash then switched to a lower tier option 3 or 4 days before my 1 month expires. Was still charged the full price for the top tier on my statement. Called CS(expect 1 hour hold everytime) to ask about a refund or some price adjustment. Was told no way to change it and basically told that even I'm charged for the full price for the top tier option, I won't be able to use it since I changed the plan and they do not do refund or partial refund.Update- I called back again to see if there is any solution can be offered before I go to my bank to reverse the change. Another gentlemen picked up the phone and was able to help me reverse my charge and refund me the difference. I guess there is some miscommunication or training. Overall I am glad this issue was resolved and they do offer refund or credit. Like I mentioned before, the workers, facility were all great and we are glad this issue was resolved correctly and we are able to join back the unlimited wash team.

The brushes dont seem to hit my tundra like they did the initial sign up period. Seems like it gets you through the wash faster than before. Also, they advertise "free premium washer fluid" but it doesn't work. Hasn't since I've been a member. "Pump is broke" been the reason since my day 1. Also they were out of tire polish for a long time.People are very nice.

Everyone has been very friendly and they are quick to clean the inside of my car and do a good job. I do wish they would space cars out more in the wash. But never any issues just makes me anxious.
