Good car wash it’s got all the bells and whistles. Reason why I’m giving it 3 stars because it is a good car wash. For one the line is long especially after bad weather. When you get a wash sometimes it feels like the timing or something is off because I’ll leave with soap still on the car sometimes. Also if you get a subscription with them to cancel it you have to go in person or wait on a call for an hour and a half I have yet to make it through to someone, its like the tell the tele com company to make people wait or something. Just add the option to the website like all other companies with subscriptions.

We usually go to the LA Vista location near where we live, but we happened to be in the area, so we grabbed a carwash while we were here. The brushes here were better than our usual location, but the dryer didn't do a good job at all. There was a line, but it moved very quickly.

I had membership with them for couple years, today ended up and canceled my membership because every employee has their own policies, I had my wife car today for a trip but I was trying get it wash since I have my own membership they always let me wash my wife car for free that this happen every 4 to 5 month once but today a lady returned me back I explained her I have membership and others employees had no issues with it and she couldn’t convince me and couldn’t explain it simply said get a membership otherwise I can’t, so I cancel my membership even they had bumped the bills but it was ok I paid them but can’t tolerate means, and she simply cancelled they membership with giving any more explanation I think she was a rich owner of this car wash

My Wife and I signed up for a membership yesterday here because it’s right down the street from our house and we needed a carwash, but they ended up convincing us to get a membership with the first month being only $10 (originally $50 which is extremely overpriced!) By the time we even got into the wash, we had been waiting in line for at least 15 minutes. The lady who sold us the membership, which I believe her name is Jenna, told us that we would have access to the vacuum stalls and all the other amenities in their “members room.” We parked at the vacuums to clean the interior with the products that come with the membership, and the whole place seemed like a mess. We couldn’t find any towels, and almost all except 1 spray cleaner was empty. Also, 1 of the 2 vacuums didn’t work, it just seems like they don’t care to keep up their products or ensure things are working smoothly. The lady also told me i would be able to cancel my membership inside their office, or online at any time of business. I was pretty unhappy with our experience so we came back later in the afternoon to cancel the membership, well another lady in there who was also a manager, said she wasn’t able to cancel it for me and i’ll have to come back and have another manager do it for me another morning. I do not recommend buying a membership here at all.

I’ve been here before with a different car. With my new car the brush lifted my rear windshield wiper. It was ok but it wakes me nervous. I’ll probably have to go to the brushless stall.

Scammers. You need to be careful when you enter in a contract or agreement with them. I have questioned how could they made an agreement with my daughter and she is minor, their response was there is nothing against that in their policy. I will do whatever it takes to report that to the state attorney general office to prevent that from happening to other families.

Not a horrible wait. They have the monthly service plans. You get free vacuums and product. They are kept stocked. The car wash is kept clean. It usually gets everything off the car. They did have it shut down once inside and they got us out quick. Lots around town to stop if you’re a member.

Wouldn't recommend going this car wash broke my light on a 23 bronco got the email they said Wouldn't pay for it. The brushes in middle are very rough

I have had a membership with them for a few months now and I really like how there is complimentary towels and cleaner for the outside and inside of your car. Really like them would recommend.

The membership room and products are awesome and apps me to do clean my car whenever I want! The only drawback is that the wash doesn't do well cleanong the backside of the vehicle, so I have to wipe that down afterwards, but still better than doing it by hand!

4 stars because the carwash is great! But my cars get dirtier quicker than when I went to Russell speeders. Something about the final coat, it just gets dirtier soo much faster. Also the price is pretty ridiculous for the ultimate (top tier). Almost $100 including taxes per month for 2 cars 🤯. Russell speeder carwash was only $50 for 2 cars including taxes per month.

Carwash was OK, but customer service was terrible. I was greeted by no one at the gates after waiting about 15 minutes I watched a bigger guy hitting a vape notice me and came out harassing me about not having a membership.
