I moved out on the 1st and forgot to tell them. All I had left was 2 boxes of trash. I got a bill with a late fee and I was like shoot. I forgot to tell them. They understood it was an honest mistake and didn't charge me a fee. They also have clean units at probably the cheapest price for the size in Omaha. I highly recommend and I'll be back if I ever need storage.

I've been using a storage shed here for a few months and haven't had any issues. Plenty of space to get in and out, secure gates, and the owner's are very easy to work with. I was getting moved back to town from out of state and they were very accommodating as far as working with me and my friend who was helping me get out here (I made a few weekend trips to bring stuff out before actually moving but the office is only open weekdays so my friend had to initially put the unit in his name first is what they were really helpful about)
