I'm a RH member in Seattle and needed to visit family in Omaha (my hometown) and was glad to come into RH Omaha for some meter munching. My first class at RHO, I got a very warm welcome as a "guest from Seattle". That totally set the tone for my 3 visits I ended up doing. The coaches were great and the crew was meter motivated as I am. I envied the spaciousness of the studio, plenty of space to get your erg on. Overhead fans keep the air moving and the lobby is full of celebration milestones, which is different than I'm used to.RH is really an excellent fitness outlet for all ages, shapes, and sizes. While we're all one stroke/one boat, each person in the crew is choosing their own adventure for what they're trying to accomplish with their erg. Thanks Omaha!! See you on my next visit.

I had a great first experience at Rowhouse Omaha! The coach teaching this morning was Brigitte. She was very welcoming, knowledgeable and inspiring. She walked me through the steps on what to do and how the class would look like. I was extremely nervous to do something I had never done before. I left feeling very accomplished and successful. Highly recommend trying this place out.

I wasn't sure what to expect. Basically, they have taken the boutique spin studio business model and applied it to rowing. So the room is somewhat dark, the instructor controls the lights, and is also your DJ. If it's your first class, they will help you get set up, get everything you need, and make sure you know how to row properly. I attended a 45-minute lunch hour class that went as follows: The first couple minutes, we did a warm-up that breaks down the stroke. This was my favorite part. Then we rowed to another 3 or 4 songs, with the instructor telling us when to really work hard and when to slow down and recover. After about 12 minutes of rowing, we got off and did some combination of weight lifting moves for 4 minutes using small hand weights. You row again for another 3 or 4 songs, then you get off again for more squats, lunges, etc. Finally, we rowed for one last song and then did cool down. The place is very nice and clean; they provide lockers, ear plugs, and towels. The staff member and instructor were very kind and respectful. I just went to try it out and it reaffirmed my hatred of rowing. If you like rowing, you'll love it!

It breaks my heart that I have to give a low rating on a place I have once loved so much. It seems that since management has changed hands, I can’t bring myself to love the place anymore. New management has made up fees that we’re not listed in my “founder membership” contract and refuse to respond to my request to cancel and refund the erroneous fees.

I really like rowing and I didn't think I would. I'd never taken an exercise class before and I also like it. The music was mostly unfamiliar to me, but I liked it too.A super great app to book classes. Quick check in.I also like all the metrics. What gets measured gets done.

If you haven't tried rowing yet, you should consider it! I was kind of afraid of the cardio piece but it is paced just right for me. Great facility, great staff!

I ❤️?♀️ Row House Omaha! The instructors/ coaches are amazing ? They encourage you by name, they celebrate milestones with you, and even under their masks ? they are smiling!! The music ? is fantastic and helps me keep pace. The work out space is cleaned after EVERY class - floors mopped and all ergs sanitized. (Even though everyone wipes down with cleaning wipes, they go a step further to keep everyone safe) classes are offered at multiple times and days so it’s great to have a different class every day that works in my schedule. The friendships are developing among all the students, which is sooo fun! As are the theme classes!2021 is going to be OUT OF THIS WORLD ?Come row with us!!

I’ve thoroughly enjoyed my time at Row House Omaha. I had no rowing experience but the staff and coaches are helpful and encouraging with getting you set up and making sure you have proper form to get the most out of your workout. I definitely feel the care about welcoming all fitness levels and you will see that in each class. I love how they greet you by name and are always friendly as you walk in the door or are there to celebrate you as you hit each milestone. The music and lights make this such a fun 45 minute escape. They keep things fresh with theme classes or music tributes. I love the app that gives me instant results after each class so I can monitor my progress, track my milestones and goals, and pick my favorite seat for upcoming classes. I feel they are using the best practices to keep a clean and sanitized studio with handling stations, hand sanitizer, sanitizing wipes, masks, social distanced machines and a clean between classes.

I have never worked out consistently in my life. My friends have often heard me say, “I’d rather starve than work out.” While this was said in jest, my loathing of working out was not. People always asked, “don’t you feel so good when you’re done working out?” I never did. At least, not until I started Row House.I’ve been attending four classes/week for over two weeks. Trust me when I say this is a miracle. When I arrived at my first class, I did not feel intimidated, I did not feel less-than, I did not feel like a fish out of water. I was welcomed with open arms and friendly faces willing to assist me in any way. The staff is almost as excellent as the community itself. I have attended other chains in Omaha that require some sort of mold to fit in. This is not the case with Row House. You will find all ages, shapes, sizes, and genders here! TRULY, everyone is welcome. There are a variety of classes offered, which make attending really enjoyable. The atmosphere is also really cool: fun lights, pumping music, and a sleek design. You are able to remain 6 ft apart and adhere to social distancing requirements. Moreover, you are required to wipe down your station PLUS they perform another sanitization between classes. At the end of the workout, you get an email explaining your progress in the class. I have the app and can compare my progress to other classes I’ve attended. It’s really fun to see my meters increase and my split time decrease consistently. All in all, I highly recommend Row House. Best decision I have made for my mental and physical health.
