I called and spoke with the nicest gal Lacey who explained everything about their shop. I decided to get my tragus pierced and I came in. Angie, who did my piercing was an lpn!! She was amazing, very thorough and knowledgeable.
I wasn't really happy with the first stud I picked and was so amazed as they allowed me to pick another one and didn't even charge me!! Another thing that impressed me was that this place so clean!!
Do yourself a favor and GO HERE BEFORE YOU SEARCH AROUND!!!

I walked in with a piercing that needed help. The originals were done at a different shop and the posts were too small to the point where my ears swelled shut over the stud. Rowan's crew was very professional and were able to reopen the piercing without damaging my ear. Plus, the new studs are properly sized and super cute. A huge thank you to the Rowan crew!

The piercing was quick and easy but this is the fourth time I’ve gotten a lobe piercing and I’ve never been charged this much anywhere. I wouldn’t be upset if I was told before hand that I would be paying per hole per earring but those words weren’t used until the piercing was done and I was at the register checking out. I was told “it’s 35 for the piercing and then the price of the jewelry you pick out” and that was all. The gal was nice and everything just disappointed they weren’t more transparent on the actually cost until after the service was done.

Very impressed with our experience! The staff were very kind and super knowledgeable! Stephanie was very good at placing my step daughter at ease during the whole thing and explaining to us about healing, what to expect, etc. Will definitely go back for our next piercing needs! Highly recommend, can’t say enough nice things about this place! Jewelry was high quality as well.

AMAZING! I absolutely love my Flat Helix piercing. Stephanie could not have been more fantastic. She was very knowledgeable, personable and also patient, taking her time to assure that my Flat Helix was placed exactly where I wanted it and where it would best fit. I will absolutely be returning to Rowan for the rest of my piercings, as well as requesting Stephanie. What a pleasure to have such a sterile, safe, professional and affordable piercing salon, right here in Omaha!
