10th street down town Sandra Rodriguez, and Alexa were so helpful I’ve never been explained all the credit details so well and clear in a way I understood they both deserve raises because no one else at any other branches have ever offered to explain things that are super helpful to people. Also maybe other bankers can get trained to inform other cobalt members can benefit from.

Jo Griggs the manager of the Old Market Branch is a rock star! Her competence and compassion is unmatched! I am in awe!. Alexa was soo amazing and knowledgeable. I am grateful for her help. Sandra was wonderfully efficiency and so kind. She was like an instant friend. I love this branch and do not believe I will ever go anywhere else for my banking needs. Thank you Cobalt for putting these ladies together!

Was served fast and efficiently. My issue is since when does a bank not accept checks? Was told to use the self serve kiosk with a video screen to talk to someone. Do not see why I have to talk to someone on a computer when I have someone right in front of me. Have had better experience at other locations.

Stopped in thinking this was just an office but was met with two super friendly and knowledgeable employees. Walked in to use the ATM and walked out with an account. Such a super cute location that I will now always use. Thank you Luis and Michael for the best local service.

this branch was good, but when you park your car in the sac/cobalt parling stalls, a company will write a 75 dollar violation ticket (even though i am parked correctly) i feel like this is a preditory act and this 3rd party parking company is taking advantage of cobalt customers. i will never come to this branch againagain cobalt is great , it is not their fault. bad parking practices by parking lot owner.

I always receive exceptional customer service at this location. I love their ATM inside; it’s very private & you can speak to someone via video chat. The gentlemen who work here are polite as well. Every time I’ve had an issue, Michael’s resolved my problems ASAP. It’s pretty relieving to know Cobalt’s got my back.Thank you guys!
