Grant was one of the kindest people I have worked with. He went above and beyond delivery expectations to help me out. He was polite, well mannered, and had phenomenal customer service skills. Grant is someone I would personally hire due to his can do attitude and desire to help his customer! Give this guy a raise!

Doing a project for the local gas company, critical items being delivered by SAIA weren't receive. they could locate the truck. worked OT on a Saturday because someone was suppose to come into SAIA's distribution center and locate our package, once located we were supposed to be contacted. None of this happened, Your company cost me 10hrs of OT x 25. From management to laborers

Drivers unable to read instructions on invoice about delivery and time, 5 times it took them to deliver a xmas gift ,finally received it the new year eve. Worst company ever.

I bought a new hood for my car and when i saw they sent it thru Saia i was a little worried to be honest lol but, everything worked perfect! They call you to schedule a delivery and call you 1 hour before delivery which is awesome! Driver called me and said he was going to be at my house in about 1 hour, i was working so i asked him politely if he could deliver after 3 pm and he said of course! That was good, i didnt want to miss my delivery and wait any longer to get my hood. The box did come all messed up and in bad condition but the hood was perfect inside. Make sure you check everything is fine before you sign!

Terrible service, rescheduled 3 times and changed the delivery to residential instead of commercial and sent a truck with lift gate to the order even though customer has a forklift to make extra money

Not very happy with the customer service. I was supposed to get a delivery on friday. Got a voicemail saying that they could not deliver due to low hanging trees. Different company delivered a large item the day before fine. I called back and was told that i can pick up the item at the dock. Went there by the end of day friday and was told that the driver is not back yet and wont be back for another hour and a half. Was told to come back monday. Monday is here and i made another 1 hour roundtrip. Was told that they can not release this item per the sender policy. The office person said she will call their vendor rep after her lunch...Very poor coordination / communication on the inside.
