If I could give this store 6 stars, I would. Especially Mallory (I hope I spelled her name correctly). The day prior to today, I got my hair botched at a salon. I wanted blonde money pieces but they turned out brassy and yellow. I went into Sally's and Mallory got right on it. I had never dyed/toned my hair before and she told me exactly what products to use and even gave me a note on how to use them. Her customer service was far beyond expectations. She saved me. Thank you so much Mallory and thank you to the Sally's team.

What a very rude group of associates! When I showed up close to closing to make a quick purchase the woman said “we are trying to get customers out of here!” Wow i won’t be shopping at Sally’s from now on! She locked the door as I was walking up purposefully and yelled through the glass.

I have shopped at Sally’s for many years. I recently purchased tape in hair extensions the worst mistake of my life I really do not believe the hair is Remi even though it says it is it tangles so badly. I paid a lot of money to have them put in now I have to pay to have them taken out because they tangle so badly I can hardly run my fingers through them!

Bought some curlers on February 27 and tried to return it about 2 weeks later. But they couldn't because their system had just updated and they didn't know how to. Then Covid happened, and I went back to return it twice. The person there could not return it and customer service was not able to help her because it was close to customer support closing time. Went back again and this time, both workers were rude and threatened to call the police and would not give me their names and so I lost $65. Very poor customer service. If you can't train your staff better or be available for the staff, then they should not be in business. I will be shopping at Ulta next time. And Covid is not an excuse for the poor experience.

I have been into this store three times in the last three weeks, checking to see if a particular common glue has been restocked. Each time I’ve been told they’re still out of stock and I can check back in a week. I’m always for shopping locally but I’m giving up and ordering on Amazon. ?

Been waiting for this particular Sally’s to have more products for natural hair. My family has lived in West Omaha for over 23 years and we’ve always had to drive all the way to the Sally’s on 120th to find products for our hair type. Please be more inclusive when deciding which products to carry at your store. Thank you.

I stopped in one evening to get some hair dye for my daughter. The young man and woman working were very helpful in telling me the difference in demi-permanent, semi-permanent, permanent, and which needed activate and whatnot. Prices seem fair. I don't purchase hair dye often, so I'm not sure what it *should* cost. The place is really cramped inside. They're just trying to cram a lot of product in a small space. If more than a couple people are looking in the same aisle at the same time it can be a bit crowded.

Sally Beauty Supply is a good place to run in and grab a few items when needed. I have never been on a location that is not packed to the gills. I frequent this location more than any other location in Omaha. While it is packed to the gills, it's aisles seem wider than most. There must have been some employee turnover. I used to have a few favorite employees that have helped me through the years. I am not sure where they have gone but I do wish they would return. The Sally rewards program is a good deal at $5. It allows me to pick up nail polish and supplies at a discount. I get Most of my nail supplies here. If you are wanting salon hair products this is not the place to go. But if you are not n a budget there are some good products you can get your hands on.
