Ehhhh.... It's okay. That really sums it up. Their gas lines, which is why we normally stop by, isn't terribly long so that's a bonus. They often have issues with the card readers and on multiple occasions we've had to have the employee scan her card since ours magically doesn't work. The parking lot kinda sucks with how it's laid out. Inside it's your basic Sam's Club. This location really has some quality control issues with their produce though. It also feels like they have issues keeping stuff stocked. I appreciate the family bathroom with the toddler potty though. I wish more stores still had these. It's rarely clean though so that's a bummer. Check out takes FOREVER if you need to use self check or the regular lines so do yourself a favor and use scan and go with the sam's club app. Checkout can take a long time so you've been warned. Overall If someone asks me Sam's Club vs Costco I always say Sams is like the ghetto cousin of Costco. This location really lives up to that statement.

I do appreciate the products and value. Though, it's concerns me I'm forced to use Sam's non secure wifi. I'll have to turn my wifi off from now on.Shop prices between stores, there's different pricing on products in Omaha.

Good prices, and that makes a huge difference these days. We had always been Costco people before, but we found a special price on Sam's Club and decided to give it a try. I'm glad we did! The place is busy, of course, but as long as you know that and accept it as a fact, then the rest of the experience is fine. Lots of gluten-free options, too. Love, love, love the scan and go option, too!

Have been waiting in line at customer for 20 minutes. Only one person helping people. People in front of me are getting a membership. Why can't the girl behind the counter call for help? Don't come here if you need to return something at the customer service desk. You'll be waiting and waiting.

I love it that I am doing the work of checking myself out and yet they don't have an extra person to answer the phone to notify me if the freezer/fridge area that sells their cold stuff is working again so I can use my paid membership to give them some of my own money.

I needed to buy toilet paper for my mom with dementia, who cannot drive, as well as for myself..I was scolded as the front end lady pulled a package from my cart and walked away with it... the gentleman behind me offered to buy one using his membership since he did not need any...another employee yanked my moms debit card from the machine and the TP from his cart..I explained why I needed 2, I was soaking wet and cold from the rain and did not want to make another stop.. she said someone else may need that besides me.. I explained someone besides me did need it ...my mom who has dementia!! Nope not allowed..trying to decide if I renew my membership or not ..I have liked Sam's overall but the way I was talked to and the fact that there wasn't any compassion for my situation makes me question what I should do.

I'm an original member and also a member of Costco. I prefer Sam's because the isles are marked and I'm in and out so much faster. I know where everything I want is located and the seasonal and fun items are fabulous. If I'm in the mood to grab a birthday present or a Christmas present there's always have fun selection. Everyone is very helpful and it's by far my favorite place to shop.

I personally like Sam's Club it has lots of variety prices are wonderful and yeah you might have to stay in a long line but that's because they offer such good products at such great prices everybody in town wants to be there and seriously they have not earned a bad review if you don't like it then please don't go back

Out of the two Sam's Club locations, I usually go to this one more often. The product selection and stock availability is pretty good. The lines are usually long here, so I strongly recommend using Scan And Go to be out quicker. But overall, the staff is pretty helpful and friendly.

We appreciate the selection of products and the employee friendly-ness of this location. Today's shopping trip has free samples offered. The demonstrator in the meat department had on a mask just over her mouth, with her nose exposed. Gross, don't you think?

I went to sams club tire center today to get my tire checked because it was leaking air. I was told that my tire had a gash out of it and a nail in the side wall and could not be fixed only be replaced with a new tire. I then took the tire to where I always do and which I should have in the first place although it's a bit further and there is in fact NO gash or even a nail in the tire at all the rim is cracked which I already knew about and this place had told me about severa

The worst place to shop they are not in a hurry by any standard. The customer service line takes at least 30 min to get through since they only have one person working it on multiple occasions. The check out is the same time line. Very very poor respect for customers. Don't waist your time literally.

Went to pick up my curbside after recieving text that the order was ready and they could not find my order. I also checked in on the app when arrived at the store. Associate told me to reorder for that same day, but the app would not allow me to order for that same day. We live 2 hours away, so went into store to pickup items needed. Two hours later on drive home, received another text saying Reminder your #### order is ready.
