Love this place, just because this is the rare breed, at least in Omaha. Because I don't know much places left where you can actually seat in a comfortable soft armchair with a cup of nice coffee and just enjoy. Or to meet someone in a cozy environment to discuss things.

I actually like scooters, but I'm over getting large drinks that are constantly not filled. This is my $7.56 Chia Latte that was really 3/4 filled cause of all the froth they throw in. There's more froth than needed in this drink. It happens all the time. Order a large, you get medium fill with enough froth to make it look full, this time they didn't even hide it. I also don't think it was suppose to be $7.56 but the girl said she charged me right. Time to find a new place cause I don't like paying for large prices and getting medium drinks. Is this petty? Maybe, but it's happened way too many times.

As is the case with most Omaha area Scootets in recent months the young baristas select music that is far too intrusive for a coffee shop experience. I would go to a night club if I wanted to be bombarded with loud "music" and non-sensical lyrics.

My first time ever coming to this location and it will be my last. I didn't hear them over the speaker system so my order wasn't placed when I pulled up to the window. My window was down I just didn't hear them. I was talking to the delivery guy who was unloading all of their supplies. He was friendly and thanked me for allowing him space to do his job. When I pulled up to the window I informed them I hadn't placed my order. They told me I would need to circle around and get back in line. A line that now had about 5 additional cars. As you can imagine I'm completely floored and just flabbergasted at this point because I had already waited in line. Not to mention the total lack of customer service. I explained what happened and the response was that "you need to circle around and wait in line again." This is the directive they were given by upper management. At this point I put my car in park because I'm not going to circle around to wait in line. My order in no way was complex it was merely a small iced pumpkin latte. I told them that the customer service was terrible and how rude for them to say that. I have worked in hospitality my entire career. I couldn't believe this was the direction given by upper management. Imagine if I were hard of hearing or deaf....Would they treat this individual the same way? They eventually realize that I'm not going to move and take my order. Please keep in mind the amount of time it took for the terrible customer service and the commentary from 3 team members. When the concern was they had other people they need to serve. It was about TIME, time they took to be rude when they could have just taken the order gracefully and moved on. They eventually took and gave me my order and didn't charge but that wasn't the point and no that didn't make the situation better.

I'm more of a Starbucks guy but scooters will do in a pinch. The coffee is decent and they have locations everywhere. The app is getting better for ordering. I have to go have or less on any flavoring it's just too much. I like a good cappuccino for sure. Wish the almond milk didn't cost extra. It shouldn't, especially when you can't do dairy.

Overall it's scooters! If you need it right then and there go ahead but if you're afraid of rolling or heights or whatever, do not go here unless you walk. Their parking lot is terrifying!

Refuse to give me the flavored coffee with ice, claimed it was a franchise location and that was against the regulations. I asked just for some ice in my coffee and the lady claimed it would be way too much water in my coffee and cannot do it. What a joke, like I don't know ice is made from water. I suggest going to another scooter's location, they are much more accommodating usually.

I got banned for going though the drive thru. I some how unknowingly made a worker uncomfortable or fear comming to work.. I am a every day regular. But it ok Ill just take my business to Starbucks or just save money
