I have banked at the 35th & Farnam Security National Bank for years. No experience has ever been bad. Some have been neutral, but most are strongly positive. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, and accommodating.However, despite my suggestion, they have never had a free money day, nor a double money day. Alas!

Already impressed. I arrived fifteen minutes before this branch closed on a Saturday to open a new account. I felt bad for arriving late, but Bonnie Jacobs, the branch manager on duty, was welcoming, fast, and friendly. This is the kind of excellent service I wanted to see in my new bank. Thank you, Bonnie!

I am transferring to Omaha. Used to bank with Security and never had any issues. Went to the 108th facility and was greeted like a friend. Teller asked what he could do. Sent me to their manager. She did not have what I needed, but called around and located it at Farnam. I drove there and was immediately let in. Met with the manager quickly and she was both friendly and professional. Opened an account for me and explained all available services and costs vs. benefits. Even signed up for additional products. Fantastic service and like the new facility they built four years ago. Very happy and felt valued!!

If I could rate a zero I would. Currently looking at switching banks because I have never worked with a bank with so many fees. I work hard and trust to have my money protected while they just keep racking up the charges. I thought Wells Fargo was the worst but apparently I was wrong.

I use to hate banking. It always seem to be such a chore. It seemed that you were just a number and I personally left feeling processed. Well that all changed when I started doing my banking with Security National Bank on Farnam. The folks over there took the time to get to know me and call me by name. No matter what I need they are always happy to help. Thanks Farnam team, I will never bank any where else.

They deserve 10 stars. Had some fraudulent charges made on my debit card. It was handled and all money was back in my account in less than 48hrs. Professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and friendly service. Oh....also free suckers!! How can you beat that??? ?

Terrible and unfriendly! I wanted to open an account here. So I rang the bell to be let in. They asked me if I was a customer. I said "not yet".."I need change for the meter and I want to discuss opening an account." They wouldn't let me in and replied "change is only for customers". A simple courtesy would have gained them a customer. However, they were very rude!

The Security National Bank of Omaha's website will not allow you to enroll for Online Banking, regardless of entering in all of the correct information that only YOU would know. I have never had this issue with any other bank or credit union of which I am a customer/member.
