My debit card number was stolen over the weekend and I was able to block one charge hitting my checking account, while a second charge did sneak through and was posted. While in the process of disputing the charge and getting a new debit card issued to me, I was referred to a personal banker named Jamie Jamison and that she would return my call on Monday. She did not return my call, instead she pushed me off to the woman I had left my information with on Monday so when I had additional questions regarding the charge that did post, I had to be put on hold so she could ask. Fast forward to Tuesday when I go in to the branch to sign paperwork and pick up my new debit card and Jamie is sitting at her desk and I try talking to her, but she tells me all of the paperwork is with the tellers and to wait for one of them to help me. As I waited a couple of minutes, Jamie had to eventually help me anyway as tellers were all busy. When I tried to ask some of my questions, she was very dismissive and categorized it as “these things just happen.” Not the level of service I have come to expect from my local branch of Security National at Legacy nor what I am used to when I dealt with the amazing Jessica Walters who has been promoted out of my branch (good for her). I am also a 32-year customer of Security National. While Jamie gets a 1 rating for awful customer service, Sue at the branch and Emma from the Customer Care Center get a 5 for being amazing as I would expect. Emma has taken the time and given me the information I was looking for as well as telling me about features in the SNB app to protect myself and my husband.

SNB gives the appearance of a failing bank. Closing branches, doesn't answer the phone, eliminating features like Visa gift cards, frequently closed lobby.

Public WARNING!NO $ GAINED INTEREST $ but pay $160 in "bank fees" a year, it is clear this place is another scambank that subcontracts its banking to another company. Good luck getting into your account !

Staff is always warm and friendly. More importantly, they are very knowledgeable and provide great customer service. I have banked with Security National bank since 1973.

My family has banked at Security National Bank for nearly three decades. I have met a lot of really great employees of the bank over the years, but never one as helpful as Jessica Walters, the new branch manager for the Legacy location. She has helped me open multiple checking accounts, always answers my questions, makes my transactions happen effortlessly on my part, and makes me feel like a valued patron of the bank. I love working with her--she is extremely personable and makes you feel like she's got all the time in the world to help you with your issues or answer your questions even though I know she's got a million other tasks to take care of as the branch manager. If you are looking for a new bank home, this should be your new place. Ask for Jessica--I promise she won't steer you wrong!

This is my favorite bank and location! The bankers know me by name and always cheerful, friendly and professional. I would highly recommend this bank! They have been very helpful with my business as well!

Everyone is so friendly and helpful! Every time we walk in they know/greet us by name. My family has been there for 25 years and we’ve never experienced any issues. Truly a family friendly bank!

After experience with many different banks in town over the years, both personally and professionally, I can say that SNB is by far the best I've ever been associated with. My home branch is the Legacy location and they always provide outstanding service. Molly and Brandon are the best and always render friendly, professional service and are eager to help me with my needs. I always look forward to visiting and can't imagine ever banking anywhere else!

I bank at security national and have since i was a child, when i moved away for college i switched to US Bank and felt like i was just an account number and not a customer. I would definitely recommend SNB. Great place to bank, excellent customer service.
