Best Best bestesst place to get knee braces the staff is extremely professional and caring at the same time very knowledgeable about insurance billing they have many other medical apparatuses here to help many ailments pertaining to body physical therapy and healthcare I highly recommend them and did I mention NO WAITING for your items you get them right there and then you're treated with respect and don't make you feel out of place whatsoever their quality is through the roof 100%

all I can say is, before you buy anything here, check else where (online) first because the price (in my case) from this store was about 5 times more than the online average. I know it's unfair to compare with online retailers and local business needs support, but five times more? Average families need relief too. I'll pay this time but make my lesson yours.

*Updated* The owner of the store did end up reaching out to me the next day. She was very polite and able to answer my questions, which is all I really wanted.Last month I was sent to See the Trainer by my OB-GYN to get a maternity support band for my back pain because they were out of my size at that time. I got the bill in the mail this week from See the Trainer for $81.41, and assumed at first insurance had not covered any of it and that is why the cost was so high. As it turns out, they billed $139.00 through insurance for the belly support band. I found the same belt (Saunders Stork S'port) at a variety of other medical supply and physical therapy websites/stores ranging on average from $30-$50 and was unable to get a good reason for why See the Trainer's belt was so much more expensive.

I really wish I could have seen my family physician instead of going to a CHI clinic. CHI is already terrible to begin with, but this see the trainer thing they're in cahoots with is pathetic. I can't speak on their people, but it is the biggest rip off I've ever seen. All I needed was a wrist brace, one I could have got at Kubat for $50. See the trainer just sent me a bill for $170!...lol. I found the same brand and size on Amazon for $29. Please do yourself a favor and avoid this place like a chemical fire!

Heidi was very helpful on sizing my knee brace since it had swollen from Arthritis. Always great Customer service from all the staff! Kristie keep up the great job of Training your staff!

My wife was given an abdominal binder to help with pain after a surgery. A couple weeks later we got an invoice in the mail from this place for the binder, asking for $70. I found the exact item on various websites for anywhere from $15-35. What's an extra $70 after $10,000 in medical bills though I guess. What a joke.

I purchased an ankle brace and the staff was very kind and helpful. I usually buy them at Walgreens but the brand that Walgreens sells never seems to last and I end up re-buying them. I was tired of wasting my money so I went to See The Trainer and the one that I got has lasted me a really long time. It is high quality and fits me correctly. Since their staff let me try it on and helped me in choosing the correct size it was definitely worth buying it there.

Purchased an ankle brace for my daughter and the stitching started to come apart. Notified See The Trainer and they corrected the problem with a new brace. Great customer service, and great caring employees. CJ was great to deal with.

I’ve stopped into see the trainer to get fitted for a knee, elbow and back brace throughout the years. The customer service was fantastic every time. Fortunately, I’ve had the same attractive saleswomen all three times too, I want to say her name is Casey. She has been more than helpful every time, she is very professional and really knows her orthotics. Will definitely come back due my fantastic experience with the business all together.
