My family has been here a couple times. Today some hand sanitizer squirted into our son’s face. The machine does not work and when we told the cashier she said ok in a very sarcastic tone. They then proceeded to rush my fiancé as we cleaned our son’s face but there was no line or anyone needing help around us. This happened at 8:50 pm today so if a manager reads this they can know and see who was behind the counter. Customer service has never been good here regardless.

Gabriel is on another level there! He is by FAR the most helpful employee I have come across. He is so incredibly accommodating and knowledgeable about all the products. He is kind , charismatic and awesome! He really takes the time to help you. A*** for him.

I had a wonderful experience here last week! I can’t recall the workers name, but she helped me pick out a handful of makeup items color matching me and everything. She was very down to earth and kind! Overall, it was a great experience! I will definitely be back.
