I bought some perfume here last month as a Christmas present for a girl I was talking to and we stopped talking before we had a chance to exchange gifts. So this present has been sitting on my dresser for a month and finally I decide I better return it before the window closes. I taped the gift receipt to the box before wrapping it so I didn’t both looking for the original receipt.I go into the store and a nice lady starts to help me with my return. Unbeknownst to us, since I had the gift receipt, the only option it was giving her is to put it on a gift card. I tell her I didn’t use a gift card and the lady behind her chimes in and says “You had to of used a gift card otherwise it would let us give the money back”. She asked if I had the original payment form and I told her I don’t remember how I paid. It could have been cash, a debit card, or one of several credit cards I used for Christmas shopping. The lady says something to the effect of “Oh sure so you don’t have the receipt and now you don’t remember what card you used either”. She basically flat out called me a liar to my face. The cashier asked if I used my email for reward points when I bought it because she can look it up that way. She eventually finds it and was able to refund my money. I’m thankful I’m a guy and I never have to return to this store again. Absolutely ridiculous and uncalled for to be nasty and rude to customers.

Hit or miss. Sometimes the workers are friendly and attentive. Sometimes it feels like they want you out ASAP.

Courtni and Marie were wonderful on our visit this evening! Give them both raises because employees like these two keep customers coming back. Courtni helped me find some skincare products. Marie was especially kind to my mom and helped her with some foundation questions. Very, very nice. Will be visiting again just because of these two.

Just left this location and did not have a good experience. Def won’t be returning or recommending. Manager seems stuck up and rude and not helpful at all. I feel bad for her staff and whoever runs into her.

My daughter and I visited Sephora on Oct. 14that the maple st location. We truly needed help with chosing our makeup products and selection. Our sales lady was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and we ended up purchasing $500 in products in one hour. Unfortunately another clerk kept telling her she was spending too much time with us...even though they were not busy at all. Kuddos to the young lady who worked with us. We left feeling we purchased the right products for our makeup needs. But would not visit this store again because of the unprofessional manager who left us feeling we were a huge inconvenience for her and her staff. Management needs to see this post!extremely rude to us and her!
