I live 200miles from this store, on visiting Omaha I purchased a jacket and on returning home found security tag on jacket. I contacted the store and spoke to a Ms Kelly a manager , she apologized for the error and made every effort to make it right . She was extremely courteous and helpful. I willalways remember how we were treated at this store and will always shop there when in town. The quality and prices are outstanding and if all management is like Ms Kelly they are a lucky company.

The employees were super nice and very knowledgeable. They have outdoor clothing, shoes and equipment of varied types. They even have snacks! ?I got what I was coming for, new snowshoes! (The snacks were a bonus!)

Always a great place to shop. Inventory changed often and looking for a bargain is fun here. Can’t wait to see more camping gear in this spring! Customer service is always excellent and friendly, store is clean with plenty of staff.

Return shipping fees are outrageous and inconvenient. Ordered 6 items and had to return 1 item. They deducted my refund by $9 for shipping!!! Never ever again! Shipping and processing is very slow. Products however are great

I recommend checking here for your needs first before hitting up REI/Scheels/Cabelas for your basic outdoors needs. Only thing keeping me from giving the store 5 stars is the lack of long/tall size pants available for women.
