Dropped my car off this morning for a brake line repair and was told it would be done by the end of the day. After many attempts to find out what was going on with my car we stopped in. When my husband tried to explain where it was leaking brake fluid the guy freaked out and kicked us out. Took my car off the lift and said we were trying to tell him how to do his job. We literally just wanted to show him where we saw the leak and were trying to be helpful. I don't know what his issue is but you don't talk to people like that. 20 years in customer service and my mind was blown.

Had to make an emergency stop due to an extremely low spare tire and the gentleman helped me put air in my tire and get me back on the road. I would most definitely recommend the shop just based on the kindness of the gentleman who I assume is the owner. Thank you for your help.

Have taken both of my vehicles here for years. Tim is very knowledgeable not only with brakes, but also engine/general repairs. He only recommends work be done to cars that is needed, not just trying to get your bill higher in the end. Highly recommend.

Guys are a bunch of hacks. Strip bolts out. Use parts from different vehicles.Can't diagnose correct problems.Use self tappers, when machine bolts should be used.Would never bring my vehicle here again.

Great place to go if you need a quick tune up or brake change. I needed my battery charged and oil changed and they had me in and out within an hour. Very friendly and reasonably priced. Will go back if I need further work done or another oil change.

I need a new serpentine belt so I took it in to come find out that the belt was way too big and Tim one of the owners he replaced it with the correct belt and cars been running fine ever since praise the Lord hopefully it'll continue to run good I would recommend this shop to anyone I give it a four-star rating

I was in a bind as my tire was punctured on a round about by their shop. Fortunately, Simpson auto repair was conveniently right there to help me out. They were able to fix my tire and back on the road in no time. They were both efficient and professional.
