Absolutely amazing customer service and shopping experience. My associates brought me 7 bras before we decided I had the right one, and she would have brought more. She was very knowledge about fit and style. I would pay much more for a product with this kind of service. I'll definitely be back.

Katie was sensational. This was the best bra fitting experience I've ever had. Everyone on the floor was so attentive and honest and down to earth. I felt extremely comfortable here. I finally have a bra that fits after ten years! Soma has a new loyal customer ❤️

I just got home from visiting the Village Pointe Soma and the manager, Dottie, helped me with my fitting. She was WONDERFUL and knew so much. Brought me different styles and sizes until we got it perfectly right.
It is a very affordable store also. Picked up a pair of buttery soft pajamas also.
I highly recommend seeing Dottie at this store.

I went to the store as my best friend recommended. The clerk asked what I was looking for & said due to the fact that I’m a bigger gal, bras will be limited. Keep in mind, I wear XL-0X. She measured me wayyy to big, only checked in on me a time or 2. Was too worried about the lady buying pajamas or the other gal in the dressing room. I told her the fit wasn’t good. She disappeared into the back for what - I’m not sure. I know she was the only one working as she said someone called in. You’re the only soma in Omaha, wouldn’t you call your manager, assistant or another employee to help? I was so put off by the rudeness of this employee & the lack of help that I walked out. I was ready to spend some money & spent $0.

I had a wonderful first time shopping experience! Melanie helped me, and she was incredible! She did a great job and helped me find my true size while offering great suggestions and making me feel comfortable with the fitting process.I will definitely be a return customer.

I had to return two pieces bought online. The lady at the register was unfriendly and rude. She finished my return and left for the back. I didn’t know if everything was completed or not. I waited for her to come back out to verify. No smile, no how are you, no thank you, no goodbye.

Kind and professional ladies are helpful in the discovery of the right bras. They help adjust the fit while in the dressing room, and make excellent recommendations. Soma also sells the world’s most comfortable pajamas. Their overall selection is classy and doesn’t force the sex appeal like Victoria’s Secret. My preferred source for undergarments.

The staff is SOOOOO incredibly rude. I had 1 shirt to return from my huge order and you would of thought it was the end of the world to them. I was fully within the return policy and they said they would not return the item. I had to call customer service while I was in the store to get them to return it and while I sat there on hold they loudly bad-talked me to other employees and customers! I am just in shock how miserable these people are and obviously don’t care about their job or their store! I will never buy from this company again!

I had a wonderful experience shopping for bras at this location about a month ago. Theresa, was super informative and patient helping me select the perfect fit for different garment types. She even talked me into an unpadded/unlined bra that I would have never gone for, but looked great. Will stop again
