Went there for simple fixes and upon picking my vehicle up my brakes no longer worked. But thats ok they graciously fixed the issue that had never been there before dropping the car off with them and only charged me and additional $850.
Absolute scam. I would recommend finding somewhere else to go!

Quick, easy to work with and did what I needed! The repair I needed seemed a bit more expensive than I expected but overall they were upfront and didn’t dupe me into extra services. I’d go back again for sure!

I came here as a second opinion and ended up paying only 1/3 of what I was quoted by another facility. I was explained everything that was going on and only spend an hour and a half waiting which was nothing! I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending them to family and friends.

Sparks did an oil change for me. When I picked up my car the cabin, or the passenger area smelled of motor oil. I drove the block to my work and opened the hood. To my surprize the motor was covered in oil!!
After work I drove home and my check engine light came on?! I returned to Sparks and offered that info, it was met with a chuckle and a reference that that had nothing to do with my oil change. The diagnostic they did found that my air induction was damaged! This the the intake directly connected to my air filter, which should have been checked while performing my oil change. I was then told my air filter needed changed and the repair would be an additional 723.00 !!!!!! It’s fairly obvious to me that the hose was torn while attempting to check my air filter and the oul all over the motor was partially to cause for the smell. A total of 830 dollars later I have a new connection for the air intake but still have the oil smell in the cabin. This location will never touch my vehicle again!!!!!! Never!!!!

Cost was over $300 & Sparks expert still had no idea what the problem is. It goes without saying they were unable to fix the window problem. Spark said it was a harness issue but it was not. It was a passenger window switch issue ($15 Part) which I got fixed for $100 by someone else.

Great experience! Came here rather nervous of the cost as I needed very technical electric work done on my vehicle. Everyone was very knowledgeable and understanding. Of course I would have rather paid less but the workmanship and technical skills needed; I feel were perfectly aligned with the price I paid. 10/10 service, knowledge and integrity!
