Been going to sparks for over 30 years. Always do a great job. This last visit was all the same. The only issue I have is the prices I got charged was extremely higher then it should have been for the work I got done.

Happy that i took my truck here, they fixed the issue quick. Made light work out of why my tailights weren't working. Replaced a corroded connector then cleaned another.

Last time I took my wife's car in for service I had them due an oil change and tire rotation. 3 days later she said her car was making a noise, she thought her tire was flat but that wasn't the case I got home put the floor jack under it lifted up the front end and the drivers front tire lugs weren't tightened down every lug was loose on that wheel. I took the car back to the shop, the service manager remembered me apologizing up and down. Offered me a free oil change for the inconvenience, "inconvenience?" That could of caused a catastrophic accident. People could have died ! They can keep the oil change, so fast forward 3 months I go into a tire shop to get new tires and they cross threaded one of the lug nuts on the passenger front wheel. Never again will I send another dollar to this business. The mechanic obviously needs to slow down and have some pride in his work. I wouldn't have an individual like this representing my business with this kind of work ethics.

I took my car in for what was supposed to be an electrical issue, per Tires Plus, due to my Service Stabili Trak light being on. Tires Plus couldn't seem to figure out the problem so they referred me to Sparks. Sparks had my car for 2 weeks and charged me $1200.00 for something they replaced. Before we made it home, the light was back on. A guy at Sonny Gerber said it needed a crankshaft sensor, which cost $40.00. He replaced it and the light has not come back on. Of course, Sparks claimed I should have brought my car back to them because they started with this $1200 fix and was ready to take the next step toward fixing the actual problem and there wasn't anything they could do for me as far as ALL the money I just spent for NOTHING.Service: Electrical

I took my car to Sparks because my Service Stabili Trac light was on. $1200 later, the issue is not resolved and Armondo told me to bring the car back so they could try again. In the meantime, we told a guy at Sonny Gerber what was going on with the car and sight unseen he said it was the crankshaft sensor and $40 later it was fixed. When I told Armondo, he told me there was nothing he could do for me because I didn't bring it back to him. Whyvthevhell would I have when it took almost 2 weeks for them to come up with the wrong diagnosis???This was a very expensive lesson for me, but they will never get the opportunity to screw me again.

They were so great! They took care of me, made it easy on me, Armando is so nice and easy to work with, and they have multiple locations for service! I took my car to them with 1 company telling me I might need a new engine. After a good diagnoses, they told me that I had some bad/cracked plugs. I trust Sparks to do honest, timely work. I would highly recommend Sparks.
