This location at Starbucks is always kind, friendly, and caring. Their drinks are obviously amazing, as always. I highly recommend making this place a stop if you are ever in the local area.

Very unfriendly staff. The gentleman working behind the counter on 2.19.24 at 3pm, specifically. I couldn't get to the counter to pick up my drink right away, as I was working on my laptop. When I approached the counter, I reached for the cup, and asked, "mocha?"He responds, "is that what is says on the sticker?"wow. ok. I'll go back and get my reading glasses so I can see the sticker.Very sterile environment. One long booth/bench that was as hard as a rock. The few more comfortable chairs in the middle of the room (MIDDLE OF THE ROOM) had no outlets. There were no nooks or quiet spaces to work or study. No condiments were out, you had to ask for any additional things, like stirrers (we're out), sweetener, or straws.Very poor experience and will not be coming back. There's so many more coffee shops in town.

they made my drink incorrectly so i went in and kindly asked them to remake it for me. they put lemonade in it, and i am allergic to lemons. after remaking my beverage, she slid it across the counter and said “take it”. she was very rude.

This used to be a cozy welcoming place to hang out. But after the renovation, they took away most of the tables, removed the comfy armchairs, and made the bench along the south wall hard and uncomfortable. Perhaps Starbucks doesn’t want to be a gathering place anymore? Now it looks like the inside of a shipping container!

Ratings based on my previous experience. I just stopped by today and it’s closed with a lot of construction material in front of the store. I’m not sure when it will be opened again!

This is one of my favorite starbucks [as far as drive-thru experience goes] to go to. Even when the line is pretty long, they go through it fairly quickly. All the members at the window are pretty friendly too.Parking: There's not a ton of parking but there's usually a spot available.

So let me start by saying, I know Starbucks is Starbucks, but this is our absolute favorite location in town to visit. The drinks are always consistently delicious, and the baristas are professional and friendly!The ambiance inside is warm and bustling and smells so delicious and homey, with the aroma of roasting beans wafting through the air.My favorite drinks are the cinnamon dolce latte (when I want a hot drink) and the iced caramel latte (when I want a cold drink for the hot summer days)!So, as I said, I know all Starbucks are pretty similar, but this one is just a cut above.

Went thru drive thru ordered a matcha tea latte tasted flat and more ice than drink.I expect more given the price for a grande.

Jessika was nice. I waited as all five ppl at drive thru, after few minutes, she appeared and started right up. Drink was perfect and she offered two options, quick wait, service with a smile and got my name right!!!

Avoid this location. This Starbucks claims that they don’t start making mobile order drinks until a person arrives and checks in. No one greeted me to ask the name on my order. After waiting 10 minutes past the pick up time I asked when my drinks would be ready and they said that they hadn’t started making them yet as they didn’t know anyone for my order was here for them. This completely defeats the purpose of mobile ordering. Take your business elsewhere. Zen coffee co is a much better product anyways.

I don't do caffeine and I was picking something for a friend. The person that helped me was patient with me because I don't go to there and it was busy. She walked me through what I can get. I appreciated that. I didn't get her name because I couldn't get her name. The only thing I was sad about was they have fruity drinks that look good but they have caffeine in them.
