1 to 2 times a week this location will shut off online ordering through their app, and through DoorDash.They close the lobby and go down to "drive through only" 4-8 times a month, and they close early when it's slow due to "staffing issues".They're constantly out of syrups and bakery items so specific drinks and items aren't available in the app when it does seldomly work (the app is great but they shut off this location), and the drive through wait time is horrendously long.I frequently order different drinks and they consistently feel 3/4's full. It's irritating when you pay a premium price for a drink and get half of what you paid for.A lot of times, my hot drink doesn't have a sleeve or a stopper, and there's syrup running down the sides.Honestly this is one of the locations that has the largest opportunity for growth. Imagine what you could be doing for experience, and for profitability, if your customers were served on time, with what they wanted, from multiple channels of fulfillment, with a great experience.Whoever reads this, please help this location. It's so frustrating, and I'm sure the baristas are doing the best they can.

These "baristas" have no idea what they are doing. I keep giving them a chance to get it right but each one makes it different. My order is simple, large java chip Frappuccino. Today it was the absolute worst I've ever had.

I spend way too much money here but the pumpkin cold foam has a choke hold on me. This location could definitely use some more staff as their lobby is always closed due to low staff.

How are you guys gonna close at 11am on a Monday but leave your board on and not put any signs up besides on your drive thru window and front door?? There was a line of 7 cars sitting there waiting at 11:15 and not one employee thought to come out and let us know you were closed. Effing stupid and a waste of time. And yes there were employees inside just watching all of us sit there. At least go over the headphone set and say you’re closed or maybe PUT A SIGN ON THE BOARD AND TURN IT OFF!!

Lobby closed due to staffing shortage..... Drive through only. Arrived to pick up my mobile order only to discover I had to wait in drive thru line for 13 minutes for my coffee that was already prepared. Couldn't help but notice that there were 5 employees inside behind the counter... 90% of all Starbucks I visit across the country have less than 4 employees working with the lobby open. Not sure why laziness is now a thing but thank you millennial workers of Starbucks for being lazy and not wanting to clean a table or take out the trash or even greet a customer, and why should you when it is EASIER to close the lobby.

Was the first time I’ve ever had a credit card reader shoved in my face for a tip going through a drive-through….insulting!!!Very very very sloooow service! Asked me if I wanted a bag for my food…HUH!!!First time to try their breakfast sandwich…all bun, nothing inside! The bun was good though! Probably won’t be going back anytime soon!

If I could give this location six ⭐️s I would. I placed an order via the website believing that our order was for this location but I guess I had inadvertently placed it at another store. The lady who helped us fulfilled our order without any additional charge. In our frustration with the Erie on our part we forgot to tip them. To whomever the manager at this location is, please, please commend these employees for going above and beyond. We visited this location on Feb 13 about 540p. Thank you again for being such a blessing to us and correcting my mistake. (((HUGS)))
