I made a few friends there, some of the staff was nice. Tina-Jay- Larry & Blaine the staff were nice to me when I was there. I was there for 3 months but asked to leave after 30 days on October 20th 2023. One of the Volunteer AJ was also nice to me. So thank you Tina- Jay- Larry and Blaine for helping me out and Jay when my aniexty took over and checking my blood pressure was high

Such caring people here! I got to tour the facility for my job. The staff are so friendly, and the beautiful part is that many of them have first hand knowledge of going through the program, and making it out successfully. Beth is amazing and enthusiastic about what she does. Great place!

Went there in 2015 and was kicked out after 2 weeks was told by my counselor and Christine head of hero's program that they would mail me a refund and never did such lies and tried to tell me it was in the contract no refund but couldn't show me where it said that. Oh if you want to know I was kicked out for telling a lie and then coming clean about it. Shame on you Christine. Siena Francis treated me better and didn't take my hard earned money.

It is always sad to see people without a home. The Stephen Center help a lot of people even though they are one of the smaller shelters. I particularly love the work they do with Mother's and their children. Stephen Center is the ONLY place I donate to now.

Very clean environment, good food and felt safe leaving my phone charge in the men’s hangout room while going to the bathroom or men’s sleeping room. Stayed for 4 or 5 days.

Thanks to them I actually have my life back again. They helped me get into an apartment, helped me furnish it and paid for my first month's rent and security deposit. They're all wonderful and caring people here, and I have to put special emphasis on Miss Maggie, Ben and Robert. Truly fantastic people those 3.

I am a graduate of the Hero program. This place is the best center in town. They truly care about you and will help you out. I am almost seven months sober due to the Stephen Center and I thought I could never do it in my life. If you need help, check them out!
