I hadn’t purchased a home in over 12 years, due to a messy divorce just before the mortgage fallout of 2008 and a resulting financial crisis of my own. I’ve been renting all that time while putting my life back together financially and otherwise. I was recently remarried and was finally ready to consider purchasing a home again. Then we got the news we were expecting and I knew it was time. After going through all that, I was so nervous and cautious about such a big purchase. Fortunately, I had gotten to know Clint Garner personally over the past 10 years and knew him to be a great guy with integrity, not to mention hilarious. So when time came to find a lender I started with Clint at Stonebridge. Clint walked me through every step of the way. No questions were too stupid,... believe me I tried him on this. Like I said I was really nervous and so I wanted to be educated in the whole process. Clint was so patient with me did such a good job informing me in the process I felt confident enough to buy our home without my own realtor. We got an amazing deal on our dream home and our new baby arrived a month ago and came home to a new nursery and happy home. I know this post was long but I can’t thank Clint and Stonebridge enough. They may not be a big box lender but small and nimble is what made the difference for me getting the great deal I got on our house. My deal took a few unexpected lefts but Stonebridge never blinked once and were able to accommodate me at every turn.
Make the call to Stonebridge and see for yourself. Thanks Clint!
