We were moving out and had a big job to do Lenn was working the days we were cleaning out our unit. Lenn was kind and professional. She helped us immensely with a dolly and was available for all our questions. She had a great sense of humor and made every engagement enjoyable. Finally Lenn recommended a place for us to park our moving truck. Thanks for the help and friendship.

Rent for non-climate controlled 10x10 went from 119 to 150 after only 3 months. I understand owner’s prerogative to set rates wherever they choose, but a no-notice 25% increase is uncool, along with never returning my calls or emails to discuss. Unsat. Moving our stuff 4 miles up the street to Lockbox for only 79/ month, same size unit.

Jenn was very helpful I was visiting the facility because my company was inquiring about a 10×20 unit for my business needs. She took the time to gather the information in the system called my company contact to ask for more information showed me the units that were available and said she would call me once she received the information from my company which she did called me and also proactively took care of a paper issue on what unit number I wanted versus what unit number my company rented. Great experience.
