Second time I've been in here and wasn't greeted. The store is disgusting and the employees close half the lobby down by 3pm. Trash tucked in bags by the door.. surfaces are filthy and obviously haven't been sanitized in hours.. the entire store is grimey. This is shameful and gross. Stores like THIS are the reason why Subway is going out of business. Plus dude messed up my sandwich and a flat a** Dr. Pepper for $17.00...

Put an order in on the app. And I get there and they are out of cookies. I ordered 2 dozen. I wasn't told they were out until I got there that they didn't have any, and that they dont make cookies after 2pm. I wasn't even offered anything at first. I was just told I wasn't getting them. At first I thought he was kidding, but he wasnt. Then I was waiting for the manager to come out and talk to me about getting them refunded. The manager never came out, someone else came and spoke to me(another team member I'm assuming) and just said my manager said we can refund the whole order, that's it. I don't believe that but ok. And the only way to get the bogo I ordered was to put a whole new order in on the app. The two gentleman up front were very nice about it, but when someone wants to talk to a manager about a refund, the manager needs to come out and talk to the customer. It is your job as a manager to handle situations like that. Oh and I had to download the app(cuz my friend put the order in on her app) and place a new order. My sandwiches were already made and just sitting there at this point getting soggy. What should have been a quick trip, ended up taking about 45 minutes. I'm a former Subway manager and a current assistant manager at a different restaurant and I'm overall very upset over all this situation.

9/25/2022Got a steak and cheese ? sandwich ?. It was tasty. When I got there, there was 10-12 people in front of me, there was an appropriately staffed line and they did a good job of keeping the line moving. ?9/6/2017A great place to get a tasty, quick meal. This Subway didn't disappoint.

This place is so ghetto, all because of the workers. Moving slow, obviously annoyed by the job, looking like they just came out the trap house. Seriously, you'd think being in nfm would attract a different type of worker but I guess not. I'm assuming it's a management problem.
