When your employees can't read simple instructions, and added comments in order to make the order correctly. Maybe you should look for other employee's. CHUY has no idea how to read or what he is doing for your store. Ontop of that, wants to express attitude and rude comments whne you want the sandwich corrected that you have simply paid for. Very sad that you choose to have these types of employees that mock customers and cant take accountability. I know for sure I'd never hire an idivudual like that, and they would be fired the moment it is found out. Good luck Manager Angel. You're going to need it with the sad excuse for a staff you keep to employ. Suggestion of, maybe they should learn SERVSAFE criteria before they choose to try to work and serve people food that WILL make them sick. Absolutely pathetic show of customer service, if I was their boss, they'd be fired. Simple. But clearly you do not care enough about business or customers you are serving.

When a customer asks for light mayo that is not your cue to slather it on so my sandwich is swimming in it. Basic discipline for employees needed.

Messed up my pickup order by not toasting which completely changes the sandwich. But when attempting to call to let them know cordially nobody ever answered. At least answer the phone to be able to address issues. Also looked lost when I came in to pick it up. Told them my last name and all they showed was my first name last initial and instead of asking my first name I kept repeating my last name assuming that's what the order would show them. They struggled with me giving them my last name and putting the correct initial to realize it was me...

My sandwiches never come toasted when I order online and no one reads the special notes when I requested it be toasted. It's infuriating to pay so much for a sandwich and it's never made correctly. I usually attempt to call after placing my order to ensure it's made correctly but no one ever picks up the phone.

Lazy. Disrespectful. Yelling in Spanish to each other while we were telling them our orders. Pitiful customer service. Yelled at us for being to close to the ice cream counter ( I'm short. I can't see from no damn 6 ft)

the Subway on 24th Street I don't understand why are the Mexicans always in this restaurant working behind the counter they don't understand half what you're saying or they talk in another language like they bite talking about you you know any better customer service new employees
