It was completely horrible. First of all we put in our it stated it would be about 15 to 20 minutes before it was ready, we never received the call, stating that they were out of steak. Then, when we decide to do a different sandwich because they were out of stake, they were out of cdick it, so we had to use a different type of meat with a whole different type of sandwich. They were dealing with customers ahead of the people whose sandwiches were supposed to be ready. And our sandwiches weren't even ready still hitting and start working on it. Till I got there. I would not advise going to this one at all. They don't know what they're doing. There's only 2 people there. They can't knock out sandwiches like they should be and they have nothing no need. No fresh vegetables, their vegetables were slimy. And disgusting and my tomatoes had mold on them. And 3 sauces that say they have online. They did not have there.Honestly, they need to just close this location down.Parking: The parking is horrible, just trying to get into this place. It is so small. You literally would be better off parking in one of the buildings next to it.Kid-friendliness: They are so all over the place.They don't even know what they're doing.When you're working with 1 person, you need to finish up with that person and then work with the other people.And if you are out of something and somebody places an order in, you need to call them immediately and let them know that you are out of that product, not wait until the person comes up there.Who is expecting their meal to be ready and done to tell them that you're out of it There were other sandwiches on there that They could have finished but they did not. They waited until I got there to do everything.

Waited in line for 15 minutes, staff wouldn't look up to acknowledge us. We went in for pickup online order today at 6:30. Staff had 6 orders with 10 total sandwiches. 3 staff and 45 minutes to make 10 sandwiches is ridiculous!

I had gone to this location before and was not impressed with their employees or the cleanness of their place. I noticed they had changed their parking lot, so that it is set up to encourage drive through, hardly any parking. I drove up and there was only one car in front of me. I waited 5 minutes for her to get her order in. Then I sat there for another 5 minutes, waiting to put my order in. The two cars behind me left and then I left, never having even got my order in. Meanwhile the car that had been in front of me, was still at the window waiting for her order. I will never waste my time again. Subway has definitely gone downhill, if this place is any example. What can they think, when 4 potential customers drive away, angry and yelling at them, when they drive by the window? If they even care, which apparently they don't.

Terrible service and terrible place to eat. Not recommended. Stood in the drive thru for 15 minutes to get told by some kid that was high as a kite that it's down and has been for awhile. Then put out a sign!!!! There was open food and chips on the counter by the drive thru window. You allow your employees to eat while serving customers? I think not. And this has happened numerous times now. Me and my wife are done going there. Too many bad experiences and other places we can go. Thanks for nothing!

Zero stars!!! A 16 year old smoking pot with his friends inside was the only one working, screwed up 3 foot longs, like NO MEAT screwed up. His friends split when we pulled up. I strongly advise not going to this location.

Came in for lunch today and all three guys working jusy did an awesome job.They were pretty busy, and lots of times at fast food restaurants the workers act super rude and overwhelmed during a lunch rush, these guys were the exact opposite.Made an awesome environment. They were joking, goofing around with each other, talking to customers and getting peoples orders out quickly. Really appreciated these guys. Being cool and kind makes a difference man!!First time having subway since they started cutting their meats - really good, really fresh.Overall, great experience today. Give these dudes a raise, seriously. Top notch.

Honestly I prefer this location over the other 2 closer to my home. It's cleaner than the others, quicker than the others, and I've never had a mix up, mistake, or incorrect order. Also last but certainly not least the staff is absolutely amazing throughout all times of the day, evening, and night.

HORRIBLE. Beware the pink haired "manager" who will lie to you about your order and service. If they are busy the staff will disconnect their headsets and merely not service the drive thru. w/out noticeKids will be behind the dumpster smoking, not wash hands, and then make sandwiches

the guy in drive thru took forvwer to take my order then i literally said no vegatebles or sauce and why it has everything i said not too . if he's making my food while i'm ordering he was obviosuly being funny and i will be calling to speak to a manager

I dont usually have many issues here. but yesterday was not good. it seems to be a lack of training on portioning as there was so little meat i couldnt taste it. one laid out flat piece of turkey across the bread. but what bothered me more was the mold where the ice comes out of the soda machine.

We love this Subway, it’s honestly the only Subway location I go too. The customer service is 10/10 they are always fast/efficient and friendly. They keep a clean environment and take the extra sec to make your sandwich picture perfect each and every time. I always have the best experience here and employees deserve a raise for their great customer service!!
