I must say....Aric was wonderful to work with. I was literally a bundle of nerves for a whole month while my special order car was getting ready to roll off the line and in transit. Got financing secured on my own, but was able to have a better rate with Honda American Finance. He totally understood how much it took for me to merely WALK into a dealership a year ago and test drive a Honda. He was very patient, kind and very accomodating. I was worried about being sold a bunch of other extra items in the finance office but the only thing I really partook of was the electronics warranty. I am very happy with my CRV and hope to enjoy it for many years to come. Thank you, Aric!

This Honda dealership used to be good. I have bought 2 cars from them. This last one though, horrible! They know it's crap and will do nothing to fix the situation. The car literally hesitates when I put my foot on the gas. However, I am told that it is "normal" for this transmission and nothing is wrong with the car. WRONG! Also, I've called in for the recent recall and have heard nothing back. Now I have a check engine light on and called to make an appointment. I live over an hour out and need a loner but they "no longer" supply loner vehicles, apparently so now I can't even use the warranty that I PAID for when I bought the car because I can't leave my only vehicle with them for any amount of time without a loner. It's ridiculous to have to pay $150 for them to look for the problem, then assess to see if the warranty covers said problem and on top of that have to pay for a rental vehicle all while they have my car. I'm done with this dealership. Done!

Worst experience ever!!! Got a used Volkswagen Tiguan one month back without the knowledge of a broken window switch. The salesman "RYAN MAXWELL" claimed everything is alright with the vehicle during purchase. Later when I found it and took a closer inspection of it, the switch came of easily and there was literally duct tape on the base of the switch. When I called to get it fixed, they claimed everything was working when they inspected it and that I have to pay out of pocket for the repairs.

Truly amazing service. They were able to diagnose and fix my car's problem right away. All of the staff was super friendly and wanted to help me in a timely manner. 10/10 would recommend to all of my friends and family! Thanks so much!

The car buying process with Superior was honestly...superior. I had come from a very negative experience with another dealership just South of Omaha. I was stressed, frustrated, and honestly over dealers. But from the test drive of the HR-V, through the In-Transit process, and the final purchasing/ trade in process it was the total opposite thanks to Zach!Zach was very transparent and clear about the HR-V and its in-transit process from the beginning. I never felt pressured to buy the car. He was very laid back and easy going which was so refreshing! Once my car arrived I was able to do paperwork before even coming to Superior. The day of purchasing was so smooth and seamless. I was given a very fair price for my trade in. Ashley in the Finance Office genuinely offered me add ons that would fit my car and my driving. But I never felt obligated or pressured to purchase them. The price was always clear and double checked every step of the way. As a first time car buyer that was a relief.I want to say thank you to Zach and Ashley for all your help and kindness! As well as to everyone at Superior who had a hand in getting and receiving my new HR-V, I will recommend Superior to all I know!

We bought a new 2022 Honda CR V hybrid and our salesman, Aric was professional, not pushy and extremely helpful. This past August, I was rear ended in my Kia Soul. It was totaled. My go to person was Aric. Again, he was perfectly helpful. I bought a 2019 HR V and love it. I can call him anytime or stop in with my questions. We appreciate his honesty, his calm demeanor and his friendly assistance.

Tried buying a vehicle from them and the price "accidentally" changed because of a miscommunication from Adul Sultonov the sales person and Eric Knudsen the Sales Manager. No problem I'm okay with it. Had already put down a $7500 deposit on my credit card and was told it would be credited back to my account immediately. It's been 4 business days and although the charge has posted the credit has yet to come through. Went to the dealership to see what happened and was asked to wait an hour to fix the issue because the person I worked with before was busy with a customer. (Now that I'm not buying anything I'm not important obviously.) Let them know this was unacceptable and wanted it taken care of now. Another gentleman game out and said it was taken care of already. Told him my credit card company said it wasn't and no credit was issued. He then said the paper shows it was. (The paper is a printed word document.) Abel came out smiling and thinking I was there to give an extra $1500 and purchase the vehicle. Not the case....The person I was passed off to said he was a business manager said he couldn't do anything until Monday because nobody is in the office. (Funny because the other person who was busy with a customer seemed ready to help me in an hour.) I know my credit card company will eventually get it figured out but I won't ever buy anything Superior Honda. They really play that customer service angle on the TV commercials but in actuality they gave the wrong price and wouldn't honor it and told me to go wait an hour to fix an issue they caused and never took care of. It will be interesting on Monday to see if anyone actually calls. I'm guessing they won't. Citibank told me to dispute the charge and they would handle it immediately.

I highly recommend Superior Honda for service and sales! Chris and Brian in service helped me when another dealership dropped the ball. They were truly professional and timely with my repairs! Which lead me to Aric in sales who made my new car purchase effortless. Prompt and efficient in communication. I appreciate how easy he made this purchase. I really am grateful for everyone’s assistance.

Came back in to talk about our lease-end options and walked out with a 2023 exact same model Ridgeline to replace our 2020, for the same payment. Abuhl was a great sales guy bouncing all over the place. And there was a kid play area for me and my eight year old to play in together while mom finished signing docs...

Brett helped me today when I pulled into the bay today to get my car serviced. He went above and beyond making sure I had a thorough understanding of what I needed for my car and also letting me know about an active recall for it as well. He was truly an amazing gentleman to helping me understanding what work was necessary for my car and what could wait. 10/10 grateful for him getting me in quickly and onto the next shuttle going out for the day so I could still manage to get my other errands done while I waited for my car. Thanks Brett, you rock!!

I honestly believe I will be Honda fan for life! I've owned 4 other Honda's (2 purchased from a different local Honda dealer) and just purchased my 5th from Superior Honda of Omaha via the pretty great Aric Curtice.Aric is a very chill, easy going guy and he let me talk about the many places I've traveled while I test drove the vehicle I purchased which was a 2020 HR-V AWD, my very first SUV/Crossover. He made the whole process pretty easy which I enjoyed and answered every question I had about the vehicle. Which wasn't a ton as I was already familiar with most of the features via my previous vehicle. Anything complicated with the purchase of a new vehicle, immediately loses my attention. But that didn't happen at all. If you ever go Superior to purchase a vehicle, I recommend him!

Getting ready to purchase our second vehicle with Superior. They wouldn't beat the price of a local competitor, which was fine but the salesman Jamie Combs was a complete j**** Made me feel as though I was wrong for trying to get the best deal possible. I honestly would go to ANY other Honda dealership in the Nebraska or surrounding states before I would do business with them, they don't care to earn your business and if you even ask them for a concession on anything prepare to be treated like garbage.

Lies to your face about being able to grant service to your registered protection package. Lady claimed that Honda doesn’t pay them for the Signature Finish protection package because they don’t sell that package at this location. Took my car over O’Daniel and they were able to take care of me and schedule me instantly. 1 star for not be honest and lying.
