Chef Amjad Was amazing.The food we had was so good even though we cooked it. He was very instructive about the history and all of the technique.It was just a really fun experience and a great anniversary.
We made butternut squash ravioli and a three cheese ravioli as well as a salad Made with brussels sprouts that were shredded using apple cider, vinegar and a lot of shallots , super good.

We did this for a fun date night! The chef was very informative and fun! It was a small class so we all had a lot of engagement! The food was absolutely delicious! We will be back!

Great class! I learned a lot, and it was great being able to ask the chef questions and learn as we cooked. I would highly recommend taking a class of your choosing. Homemade ravioli class was fun.
