SMH this place was closed yet according to there website they was to be open til 5 and it was around 4 and no one there. All of there other locations were open.

Juan at 90th street store in Omaha, Nebraska WAS OVER THE TOP AWESOME!!He took time to see what my need were. He also took time to check out if there were any promotions.He even took time to " Ready"my new items for me!!!???This young man has a very good knowledge of Customer Care!!!In this 21st century, many businesses have lost the art of dealing with customers with compassion instead of hate, because they have to work!Juan went above and BEYOND, what I'm sure his actual duties are!Every time I go into THIS particular store, it's always a new manager and new employees.You never know what you're walking into, however, the last 3 Managers that I had contact with, were similar to Juan. I wished they could just stay at that store! I'm just hoping they were promoted, as they were all great.Juan had super respect, was very kind and considerate and wanted to "Help me" any way he could.Such a genuine person!! I just hope this changing of managers keeps bringing this store, Super Great humanitarians, as I've come a-cross on each one of my visits.Juan greeted me when I came in, even though he was doing something else. As he was working with me (3 hours) people would come in, he'd greet them, tell them how long the wait would be.As I would listen, I would tell him. "It's ok with me, if you want to help others, not a problem with me. He said no, I said yes again?, then while something was loading or he was doing my stuff on the small pad,(he was entering some of my new products in ) awaiting that thing for approval,he would help whoever was waiting. He is just an amazing helpful, courteous young man!!I think he felt bad, I had to be there so long, however, was not his fault.Part of it was I had a lot to download, I think he wanted to help me, as he could see the crippling of my hands.That pad he enters products in, takes FOREVER to verify your stuff!!Then, if it's wrong or wouldn't take an item, they have to start ALL OVER!!! I've seen customers get very angry awaiting that little pad to come up with a yes or no!!Kind of ridiculous, for customers to have to wait soooo long.If it was just up to the tech helping you, you'd be out in 45-60 min!3,4,5, hours.. well that's too long. Please pass along to your "Technicians" who process on the other side, of that little pad, to figure out a better system so your employees don't have to take customer backlash because they've spent HOURS in your stores.(21st Century Technology People)I don't know how many times Juan Apologized for it taking so long!!( wished you could find a better way)Anyway. Thanks for asking my opinion.I was going to write a review, but I was waiting until my 3 AirTags came in ( that store was out, have to wait a week or more??♀️) to complete my review.Juan was/is Da'bomb??????Thanks for asking,A Satisfied CustomerCari Jo Nelsen

They won't answer the phone. Even had a phone representative reach out and they still won't pick up. (During hours of operation)

They could not spare a minute to tell us they couldn't help us so we waited 30 minutes to be told to look our problem up ourselves.

I wanted to upgrade to a new phone, they had it in stock but said I could only get it if I buy a smart watch with it and all the extra accessories. It would double my monthly payments. I said " no I just want a new phone". Jackson( the guy who worked there) said "we can't give you just the phone unless you are a new customer." This is how they do business with existing customers. BEWARE

Called this store on N 90th a few times. One of those times was not long after they opened. No one ever answered the phone either time. Not good customer service.

T-Mobile has a lot of extras on its plan-like free Netflix and other streaming services. My group plan is relatively cheap, BUT....The new phone "free" options are not really free-The call-in customer service is outsourced to a foreign country. BUT the worst .. is the customer service people at the 90th and Blondo. I have ended up leaving 4 out of 5 times after 15 min and no one acknowledges/welcomes you. You have to go up to them and ask a question to decide if you want to wait forever for a chance at getting helped.I use that term loosely. Last case scenario..We were buying a 14Pro - was told it wasn't free unless we bought more things. They don't sell (in store) any phone over 128gb. Then we would have to buy it at Apple then bring it back to T-Mobile to program because it no longer has a sim card to just switch... Not so! Apple did everything for us-sell it, transferred cloud and programed without a Sim. Just to give this location 1 more chance- I went in for the free cup 2/14. Two crew members were working- AGAIN- no greeting, & in no hurry. Helping a person each. One customer was in front of me, 3 more came in after me-one of them finally went up to ask a question& stated that 3others were just waiting for a cup-2 more came in, 2 others got tired of waiting and left. Workers never greeted anyone. I was determined to see just how long it would take to get this cup even after they knew 3 of 5 wanted a cup.....58min. Deserves no stars

My name is Dwayne Gaines and i made another email because I after I posted my review Cameron the District manager of the store has not responded to one email and its been over a month and he was the one who told me to contact him about the issue. So as you can see this is the type of service you will receive from Hutch Cameron and the rest of the staff there is no accountability whatsoever. I wonder if Cameron will have the audacity to request me to email him again to resolve the issue. Or will he finally do something positive. horrible customer service.

Worst customer service I have ever endured. I have been giving the running around going on 6 months from the manager hutch to the district manager Cameron to the new manager that they brought onboard after hutch put in his two weeks. I guess him and Joe conned enough people that it was best to get out now. If you go during promotion be careful they work on commission and just like a used car salesman will like with no hesitation and the worse part if they would of told the truth from the beginning he still might of got a sale just for a different phone. At this point Im going to T-mobile corporate and then to the Better Business Bureau

Armando was very helpful and has amazing customer service. I’ve been to a couple different T Mobile stores in the past and didn’t have great service but he was great !!

I knew I would get Proffesional service at this location. Devon is a representative at the 90th and Blondo location. Devon made my wait time very pleasant. When you have someone waiting on you that knows his job it’s awesome. This young man told me the difference in each phone I picked out, I was very satisfied with my choice because of Devon knowledge of T-Mobile phones. Devon is customer friendly and Carries himself in a Proffesional manner. It’s hard finding good help today that knows how to treat customers. Devon get 5 stars from me. Keep up the good work Devon. You should be proud of yourself on the way you conduct business.
