Dj was exceptionally helpful and knowledgeable in assisting me in selecting a new phone. During the activation process, he demonstrated the utmost courtesy, respect, and professionalism. His demeanor perfectly embodies the values and aspirations of T-Mobile, and he goes above and beyond in representing the company.As a former Sprint customer who transitioned to T-Mobile due to the merger, I had not had particularly positive experiences until interacting with Dj. His exceptional service has not only restored my faith in T-Mobile but also solidified my decision to remain a loyal customer. I sincerely hope that the company recognizes and acknowledges the exceptional level of professionalism that Dj consistently displays in representing himself and T-Mobile

My husband and I went in to get new phones. My phone switched over easily but my husband took over 2 hours. We left the phone and came back 5 hrs later to pick it up. Upon picking up my husband's new phone and be assured all was good ,we noticed his contact list was missing several important contacts. His new phone also was populated with several apps we have never used before. We felt the customer service was extremely lacking in being accurate and helpful.Before, during and after the phone situation, I asked for a copy of the paperwork and receipt of payment . We were told everything would be emailed to us. We never received anything .I called the store the next day and was told I had to come in and physically pick up the paperwork and receipts. The employee,Matt, told me they never send communication to an email for privacy issues.We now have to drive back into town and ask for our receipts with ID.This was not the ideal experience . We have been Sprint then T Mobile clients for years. This is absolutely the worst client service.Why could you not be as happy to give customer service. You were certainly happy to make the sale.

Nayeli has been super to work with! She has helped me not only set up my phone but also my iPad. She has taught me so much about how to access and enjoy the features on my device. She has also helped my down syndrome son with his devices and treated him with dignity and respect. Her personality is calm and endearing.

My grandparents came in and upgraded with nayeli! Normally i go over and set up their phones but everything was already set up, apple id info and other app passwords in their notes and they had nothing but good things to say about their experience.I get anxious when they do things like this alone so i am so appreciative that this rep went out of her to way to make sure my grandparents were taken care of. excellent experience! highly recommend nayeli!

A combination of the girl in the store who called me and my girlfriend “bro” 374 times along with the fact that I am not able to get any promotions because my plan was a grandfathered plan from sprint just made me switch to Verizon that same day. Customer service/authorized sellers/brick and mortar stores are all on different pages and you’re at the mercy of whichever one gives you the correct info, but the neat thing is is that you don’t know what the correct info is since you were told 3 different things.Customer service was extremely poor, telling me, “sorry bros, if you want to do this deal you’ll have to change to our new plan which is $20 more”

This store has great customer service! Jeremy helped my wife and I out when she needed a new phone for work in a hurry and we were cutting it close to closing time. Very knowledgeable and fast when setting up the new phones. If I could give Jeremy a rating higher than 5 stars I would. You will not be disappointed coming here.

Do not switch to T-Mobile. Customer service in store or via their 611 is horrific. No one can assist you with any issues. There is no concept of customer service.

I liked the assistance I got from Jimmy G. He explained to me that he didn't have the permissions to look into my account, that T-Mobile was restricting that access to customer support. I commented that T-Mobile could just close all the stores, and sell phones at Best Buy and Wall-Mart. The stores could be turned I to discos. They have the music going when you visit. I was at a T-Mobile store in Grand Rapids, Michigan, and it was the same thing there!

I visited this location after multiple attempts with Customer Care over the phone to resolve my billing issue. I have been overcharged by T-Mobile since August. All attempts to rectify the situation over the phone have failed, so I decided to pursue the resolution in person. I spoke with 2 very incompetent men, one of which would not look at me in the eye and spoke to the floor making assumptions about my problem. I am assuming this person was the manager. After repeating myself 3 times about what my issue was and being told to call Customer Care, I walked out without a resolution. Terrible experience, horrible customer service (if you can call it that). I have spent hours trying to get my billing fixed and nobody in this company will help me. I will be switching carriers.

I traded my iPhone 7 plus in store and was supposed to receive a $600 credit. T-Mobile lost my phone in transit, and it took them 40 days to find it. I was told my account would start receiving that trade in credit automatically on each bill. Auto credit hasn't happened and T-Mobile currently owes me $225 in back credits. I miss having sprint when you got the whole trade in amount up front. I've wasted over 10 hours on the phone with T-Mobile because they can't run their business as well as sprint. Terrible company that doesn't care about customer service.
