Have been in a couple of time and want to give a shout out to Gigi and Jestzy(Im sorry if I spelled it wrong). They were both Aaaamazing. If you need anything T Mobile definaly stop in the 140th and Center location.

Jaretzy ask for her , she is super awesome and she knows many stuff and work as per the requirement and helps you out to sort a good deal for you. She is super dedicated, good amount of patience and she always want to help you out.1. Wheelchair Enterance is available.2. Got agood nice spacious place to sit and talk3. Currently short of iphone14 pro Max available in store.She comes super early like 9:00AM would be the best time to get in.Kudos!! Jeretzy keep up the good work.

My family and I had some major billing issues. We use to be with sprint but then of course sprint became apart of T-Mobile. We were paying for 5 of phones when we only had 3 active phones, for a little over a year. We were paying close to $400 a month for what we thought was 3 phones. That obviously wasn’t the case. The other two phones we shouldn’t have been paying for. First we went to the T-Mobile on Wright St.-they were no help whatsoever, 0 stars for them. I then tried customer service and was transferred to 4 different people and decided to just hang up bc they were wasting my time and asking unnecessary questions. We then went to T-Mobile over by oakview. Our sales associate KELLY FRANCO helped us out. She was AMAZING!! We were all ready to walk in and raise hell. But she took care of every situation and explained everything to us perfectly. I don’t know how shes not a manager honestly! We will only be going to this location if ever needed. Thank you for fixing everything and being such a big help Kelly! :)

I would go far out of my way to avoid this location. Craig gave me incorrect information + proceeded to be v condescending when I asked him to explain. Complete opposite of what I'd expect a public facing store managers behavior to be. The folks who work at the store in L Street Marketplace are extremely helpful + friendly, wish I would've gone to them first to save myself the time + headache of dealing with this store.

While tmobile has absolutely outstanding customer service, and great coverage with amazing care for their customers, this specific location had a rather insideous incident occur.I'd love to get into the specifics but essentially, the sales rep Mathew, who works at this location made fraudulant action on my account and over the course of a year made me pay an extra $300 without my knowledge, by misleading and manipulating me with the specific details during the initial sale.Thankfully calling 611 took me to customer service, who are not oriented on making a sale, resulting in me getting credited for the money lost. For anyone coming here to see a sales rep, beware of Mathew. He has no issue lying to you if it means making a few extra bucks.

T-Mobile is the best cellular company I have ever been with they stand behind their product their services as well as they've got really cool giveaways especially weekly gas bonuses and food specials travel you name it T-Mobile has it including those of us that are over 55 let alone over 60 we get good deals I say T-Mobile all the way

We were told by sales rep we would get credit when trading in our phones. We surrendered our s8's for a credit. After the third month I called customer service, since then it's been alot of back and forth. It has now been about 9 months and I still have not had any credit applied. I was lied to by the sales rep, i was lied to by the store manager and I was lied to by several phone and chat customer service reps.Update: I sent an email to the manager per his response to this review a week ago and as of now have not received a response.Update2: it has now been over a month and I have not been contacted by the manager.Update3: the manager finally contacted me and said my trade in arrived broken at the factory. They were not broken when I traded them. The people at this store are either dishonest or clumsy and you will end up paying for it. . Beware, beware, beware
