The employees at this location were patient and helpful. Although they couldn't solve my particular issue, they explained why and directed me to where I needed to go for a resolution. Please, go train the female employees at the Towne Center Parkway location in Papillon. That's where I went first and they were rude, condescending and unhelpful.

The gentleman who thought he was Darryl Philbin without the customer service part failed in providing adequate normal questions to stay with TMobile, so since you can't provide support, I may DUMP all your services and take my phone service to a place where there's ACTUAL SERVICE/CUSTOMER SUPPORT.SHAME ONE YOU.

My husband was wanting a new phone. The workers said be right with you. We waited and waited and waited. No communication from the 3 workers. After more than 45 mins waiting we left. Terrible we'll never go back.

"It is so bad I want to give you a zero, but that's not possible so I give you a 1" I went into this store a couple days ago to upgrade to the iPhone 15, I walked in knowing what I wanted. I got there at about 10:30 and Malcom greeted me, then promptly gave the most aggressive sales tactic I've ever experienced. From the moment I walked in it was a mission to upsell me. Everything I said I wanted he countered with another option and I walked in there ONLY wanting to upgrade. I also wanted to keep my old phone as it's the only backup for my photos, after a couple years of abuse not even the Apple Store could retrieve all my files. I own that phone and I didn't think I'd have to mention at least 10 times that I was not interested in trade in. Our conversation took HUGE detours and the sales associate, despite having an aggressive sales tactic, was not very educated on products or pricing. He misquoted my bill, misread the number of phones I had, we spent 15 minutes talking about cases and how the most expensive one is best, choosing a different phone, continuing to press me into trading, telling me how much my old phone was worth, trying to sell me a watch and trackers, getting home internet, talking about changing my plan and I can get streaming services... I was there for almost 2 hours and we never even pulled out the phone I wanted. I was simply just being talked at or sitting while he did math or ordered lunch with another employee. It felt like I was being sat down to buy a car, not a phone. I was not listened to, not a single one of his pitches aligned with my wants and I was eventually just so frustrated I walked out. I left this location with no phone. I understand it's the associate's job to sell you things but sales isn't just about upselling. I went to the 90th street location because I did really want to upgrade and I was already out. The other associate said "easy day!". Gave me EXACTLY what I wanted. I was in and out of that store in 45 minutes with my old phone in a bag, a new watch, a power bank and most importantly a new phone with all the accessories to keep it safe. My bill remained the same other than an extra $15 a month for watch service, I kept my plan, the sales associate there actively listened to me and only offered products that were relevant (not just expensive). Incredible that it was supposed to be that simple.In the future I think I'll save myself the headache and a whole lot of time just going to the 90th street location and I recommend doing the same if you want a simple and straightforward experience.

I would give zero stars if I could. I live 5 minutes away from the Saddle Creek location but I purposely went to this one because I was going to the mall. I don't have a car so I Ubered there. I usually have my bill set up to pay every two weeks since it's about $300. I had another two weeks left to pay the other $150. Today after speaking to Rafael, I was told one of my lines was eligible for an upgrade as long as I pay the $150 from my payment plan and go to the Saddle Creek location because they are the only ones who have the IPhone 13 in stock. I paid the $150 and Ubered to Saddle Creek. Once I got to Saddle Creek, I was told that Rafael lied about EVERYTHING! I was NOT eligible for an upgrade, I didn't have to pay the $150 today, and Saddle Creek did not have any IPhone 13's but the location I just left with Rafael does! This pissed me off because he literally went into the back of the store and supposedly checked the inventory and told me that they didn't have any left in their stock. He sent me halfway across town in an Uber to where they supposedly had the iPhone 13 and he had them in his location the entire time. So basically, he conned me out of paying my bill early and lied to me about everything else. He should be fired. For what it's worth, Mike and Aaliyah at the Saddle Creek location were very helpful. I was headed tot he mall to go school shopping before he sent me all over town and this just totally ruined my day. I didn't have money to go Ubering back and forth after all that and I felt really defeated. So since I live 5 minutes from the Saddle Creek location, I just l gave up and went home. Shame on Rafael!

Thomas with the beard. He was awesome. He explain everything we needed to do with the internet and gave advice how to get the best prices for new upgrade phones for what fuctions we need, that we want get in July. Thomas also was very intune to my daughter she was very upset cause she had to make a stuff dession for her foster daughter. He consoled her and telling her encouraging words. She said after we left that she felt better after he spoke to her. Thank you Thomas. His last three employee number is 957.

I went to this location today and was greeted at the door by one of the managers. He let me know it may be awhile to be helped. After about 10 minutes, Trevon came over to help me. He was knowledgeable about the phones and got me a great deal and a new plan! While I was waiting, Thomas came by to tell me about a new watch that was available. Honestly great staff will be returning to this location in the future.

Not helpful. No greeting or "how may I assist you today." Very short with me as a customer and a bit rude. Customer service is non-exsistent but I got in to purchase what I needed(took forever) then I went on with my day. Maybe others have a different experience but Ill do my T-mobile business at a different location going forward!

Went into a T-Mobile store and spent the better part of 3 hours working setting up two lines, was told I could keep my old number, that don't happen. My phone was in store my wife's was not, I was told it was ordered and would be at our home in 2-3 days when it didn't show we called and were told that we didn't answer an email within 48 hours?! I was in the store, if there was anything to sight why not let me do it there? Instead of missing an email and not getting the phone, we are in the middle of a move and already stressed we were trying to time this because we were moving out of state!! Now we have to change over 30 accounts with the new number!!

I was told many things about how much my bill would be, what was included in my plan, and activation fees. None of this was true. My bill is $60 more than promised and Paramount+ was not included. What seemed like a great experience switching carriers as turned into a nightmarish horror of long waits on the phone and visits to T-Mobile store.

My Netflix thru their free program disconnected and the young man that helped was very friendly and very helpful.
