The staff was friendly (I worked with Erik, then Daniel) and very helpful. Took a while to get everything done but it wasn’t terrible. Not a ton of phone case options but I liked several of the different ones they did have. Hopefully I don’t need to go back any time soon, but if I do I wouldn’t dread going back there.

i want to give a shout out to Ben with helping us to decide on the right phone. He didn't try to upsell to something we really didn't need. So refreshing. We have always had excellent service at this location on 124th and Dodge.

Horrible location. They made a mistake that costed me to not have any service, it’s been 4 days , I’m not from here , it was avoidable and then when I went to talk to them they didn’t care. Thomas was not helpful he didn’t even care to apologize or try and make it better. Kendall made the mistake and wouldn’t even look at me the next few days. I’m in nursing school and need my phone number to access Authenticator . They would not even let me purchase a phone.

Erik did a fantastic job today. He helped me transfer my line from prepaid to postpaid and added me to a family account after multiple people failed to help over the phone and even messed things up for him. It took him over an hour but he remained calm, professional and patient. Give this man a raise!

Went in yesterday and was helped by Sky and another wonderful woman that helped me get my phone working. I'm sorry I don't remember the trainees name but she was just as helpful and pleasant as Sky.California needs more people like Sky.

T-Mobile has bad customer service. This place is really bad. I was a sprint customer for over 10yrs never really had an issue with service they always had good customer service but now that they are with T-mobile they arent great. Thats why im taking my business to Verizon. Worst cell phone company even there process to get screen repair is bad had to be on the phone for over a hour to filled claims.

Two thumbs down. Waaay down. I just needed a charger and they wanted me to wait in line for 30 mins just to check out and go. I already had it in my hand ready to pay and go. Get a self checkout station, stop wasting people's time.

We came in for a WiFi router. We were Sprint customers that have now become Tmobile customers from the merger. Because we are old Sprint customers getting the Tmobile router was a hassle. The mobile expert Christian had to call 5 different customer service people to get it set up for us. It was frustrating but he stuck with it and got it done for us. Christian is a great asset to your company. Thank you for you exceptional service.

Pretty average T Mobile Store. The location is ok but being by Costco its so busy all the time with traffic its hard to get in and out. I've had T mobile a bit over a year now. So far so good. Nothing out standing here. Nothing to really complain about but just not really a 5 star spot either.

Terrible service & sketchy sales people. The woman who helped me who also claimed to be the manager lied to me to make it seem like she was doing me a service but actually raised my bill by adding on extras I did not ask for. I guess sales are more important to her than morals. On top of that, I waited in the store for hours since they only had two workers scheduled. I was reluctant about switching to t mobile from sprint in the first place and this experience assured me that my fears were correct.
