I came in yesterday and had, yet again, another wonderful experience with Alexis. I know she was new when she first started helping me when I would come in but she has grown so much and she seems to know what she is doing much better than the people who have been there longer. I will continue to request to work with her when I come in.

I just stopped in June 6th 1235pm I’ve never been treated with such disrespect Jarrod used to work there every morning and would always help wether it was tech stuff or not but now they have 3 women there that have absolutely no idea or clue of what they are doing sm the lady even admitted she had no idea what changing my SIM card would be able to do but she can do it made no sense

i just want to say Ashley was so helpful and nice. I was having a horrible day but she was so sweet and full of joy and definitely made my day better. if anyone ever goes in ask for Ashley she will help you with your phone and make your day ! if i ever need to go in again i would call and ask ahead to see if she is there, at first another lady was helping me and wasn’t so nice. i only gave five stars because of my experience with Ashley

Ashley is literally the best! She made me feel so comfortable! I am planning on switching over and T-Mobile has to be the best option just because of the experience I had in the store with Ashley! I can’t wait to come back next month and officially be apart of T-Mobile. If you come to this store ask for Ashley she truly is the best!

I had the greatest experience ever with Alexis today! She was super helpful and patient. She answered all of my questions thoroughly and had me in and out of there quickly! I will definitely be coming to her in the future.

The representative is friendly and personable. Although the line was busy I was acknowledged as soon as I entered and my transaction was fast as possible while being thorough and descriptive.

I had a great experience at this location compared to others. I was greeted right away and got the chance to work with an amazing individual, Alexis, who went above and beyond to make sure my standards were met. Will be coming back and requesting her if i need anything else in the future!!

Please update your website. You're open time states that you're open at 10:00. I just left your location in the sign on the door says that you open at 11:00.

My wife and i wanted to change from Verizon to the senior plan. When found out we would need to change our number we left without changing or getting a new simm card. We did let them have our credit card number and they used it anyway to charge our account for two months of service before i could cancel it. TMobile would not let the credit card company refund our money. This shop wouldn't help, they just say "sorry we're a Amtel franchise store, you need to go to the 72nd St office for help".I not sure if it was intentional for someone's bonus or prize.No, we are not going to spin it like you care. You did not respond to the message that i left on your phone that you do not answer. Or the emails i sent you for help.

What horrible service! Purchased an i-phone, and the manager did nothing but charge me improper fees for a plan that was not correct to a number he didn't switch. After many calls and visits and promises the manager quit and left me holding the bag...was told nobody at the store could help me on later calls. Be very careful or avoid this location.

Came in to get a replacement phone, and I have to say this was one of my favorite experiences in a Sprint Store. The assistant manager and the sales staff were super friendly, and got us exactly what we wanted with zero pressure sales.

Although I am not super happy with sprint at the moment Aaron at this location may have just saved our business. We had some problems with our bill and bad information and Aaron cleared everything up for me. Very appreciative for the help!
