I’ve been going to Tap for almost a year and it was the best decision!! I’m not motivated to go to the gym and these classes and the Tap family have kept me held accountable and excited to attended classes! I love a challenge and Tap is just that :)

TAP into Fitness and Nutrition is a great place to push yourself wherever you are at in your fitness journey! I used to play collegiate softball and we lifted a lot, but I was burnt out with lifting after my softball career was done. Tom has helped me to love lifting again! The community is very encouraging and it helps me to have accountability.

If you’re looking for a fun, welcoming environment with a quality work out included, I highly recommend TAP. The class sizes are great and the times available fit nicely in my schedule. If you’re new to working out, Tom is a great teacher and can modify movements to fit where your level and abilities are. You don’t need to be an expert just someone wanting to get in a workout!

I came into TAP having very little knowledge about weightlifting or working out in general. Through coach Tom's programming, my weightlifting knowledge greatly increased, I met my goals (and made new goals) and now feel comfortable with weights I never thought that I would be able to lift. An added bonus is the great people that you get to work out with in every class, that become your community!

Tom does an excellent job! TAP is a great gym and community! I would choose TAP into Fitness and Nutrition any day over CrossFit or other gyms.

I've been working out at TAP for over two years. When I started I told Tom my goals were mobility, strength, weight loss (in that order). The classes have helped me to achieve those goals and to continue improvement.People around me sometimes ask why I would pay to work out at TAP rather than use the free gym at my office. My reply would be community and coaching. Working out with others motivates me to get out of bed in the morning and make it to the gym. It makes working out fun. Additionally, Tom's coaching is more than just leading the class. He teaches you the how and why to exercise in a safe way.

I never thought CrossFit type of workout would be for me. I was intimidated & filled with false stereotypes. But I am so glad I gave TAP a try. I am fueled by goals, growth, and competition - TAP certainly helps me set goals, experience growth & compete to be a better person. I love the community & encouragement to get through tough workouts and tough days.

TAP has been a transformative experience for me. Been a member currently for 1.5 years and have overhauled my health significantly!Intentional coaching - I’m safer in Tom’s hands than my own often times.Appropriate challenge - it’s your workout, but coach Tom and a loving community of athletes can help you achieve new goals.A whole lot of fun - high intensity, high joy. We grunt and scream with our weights and joke and laugh with each other.Highly recommend the commitment! First fridays or each month are free! Just pick a class time! (As of this review: 5 AM, 6 AM, 8 AM, 1 PM, and 5:30 PM)
