Today's experience was good up until I chose to go to a manned check out station. The old woman who checked out my items didn't even greet me or so much as say anything. Plus she seemed to have an attitude the whole time she checked out my items. Also, she didn't do a great job bagging my things. She nearly smashed a greeting card I purchased with her horrible bagging job. Someone needs to have a talk with this person about providing better customer service and having a better attitude. Otherwise, why is she even employed there?

Usually I enjoy going to this Target and don’t have any issues. Today I experienced a very rude employee while picking up my groceries. They did not say anything to me, didn’t take my grocery code, shoved my groceries on the passenger seat - which had no room on it - then walked away without a word. I wanted the groceries put in my trunk so my son didn’t see his birthday presents. Not a happy shopper today. I picked up at 11:30am on 2/5/25

The lines were insane. There was only one cashier on duty and almost all of the self checkouts were either out-of-order or blocked off

Lately they've been interrogating people at self checkout. Like the other day a cashier came over and rummaged through stuff I hadn't even scanned yet saying oh we're required to check people's carts.
Another time I overheard a cashier whispering to a guard they vaguely had a feeling a customer was stealing something.
Dunno if they're cracking down because of increased theft or what but I wanna shop someplace where I don't feel some overbearing target mall cop breathing down my neck.
It's funny they have money to pay two people to watch you like a hawk checking out but not to open more lanes and do the labor themselves.

They put fake sale prices on their shelves to get you to buy certain things. I asked the person at the check out regarding the sale prices and he said he thinks it has to do with a membership. He tried explaining it then got so confused about what their sale prices actually refer to that he had to stop himself and tell me he wasn't even sure what some of those sale prices represent. I got home and looked at my receipt and realized I didn't get $2 off two boxes of toothpaste. I looked it up online and there's clearly is a way to get $2 off but you have to jump through hoops like a circus animal apparently. When customers AND employees don't know what's going on with these prices, it's time to stop this scam they're pulling, because your own employees look like clowns when they're trying to make up an explanation for these sales schemes.

Hire more checkout people!!!
6:30pm on a Friday and only selfcheck available with over 20 people trying to get in line to checkout. Not worth the items I came in for... I just left, it was a mess

Today reminded me why I hardly shop at Target anymore. I went to purchase an item, and they said I couldn't purchase it because it had been placed on the shelves to early. Their error. Not mine. I should have been allowed to purchase it anyway. I won't be shopping at Target again.

Lack of employees, took a while to get checked out.
Messy especially the ladies clearance unshoppable.
Love Target and the employees are always very nice and helpful, when they are not overwhelmed
