The drive-up service at this store is the absolute worst of any Target that I’ve been to. It’s not uncommon for it to take half an hour or longer to pick an order up, even if you notify them in advance that you are coming.

Horrible Management! I purchased 2 $30 gift cards for my daughter's. Went to spend them and was told both had a $0 balance! They told me I must bring in the receipt to prove it. I live out of town. What a joke. And extremely rude. Management was rolling her eyes at me. I will NEVER purchase a gift card for any TARGET. I highly suggest GOING TO ANY OTHER LOCATION THEN THIS ONE. MANAGERS ARE EXTREMELY RUDE! UPDATE: After providing receipts for both gift cards, Target then provided two new gift cards with new balances. They acknowledged that the gift cards were improperly rang up by their associates. And acknowledged that they needed to have better training. They never apologized for the rude behavior when confronted about the issue. Target management was rolling their eyes and talking over me as I was explaining what happened. So i'm leaving it at 1 Star due to management's disrespectful behavior towards me. I still don't recommend going to this location!

I love shopping at Target. I'm very satisfied with the prices and I never have buyer's remorse or leave feeling as if I paid too much. I love a good bargain and from time to time I have made some great finds on clearance. I literally shop at several different Target's I love the atmosphere, the cleanliness and the friendliness of the staff at this location. I highly recommend Target to family and friends and will be returning.

This is a Target department store, expect what Walmart was 15 years ago. Expect reasonably low prices on most things in a selection of pretentious goods for twice what they're worth. Expect the staff to not stab you, but don't expect service with a smile because everyone's making a hair over minimum wage. I found what I needed last time I went but they don't always have it.

Store is not being managed properly. Long wait times. Over half of the self check outs were not working yet they only had one employee physically doing check outs. Meanwhile there is tons and tons of staff all over the store.

Bought tv for pick up. When tv ready, I notified I was on my way and then got message that drive up unavailable. I’m handicapped so I tried to contact store 8 times. No one answers phone and after many rings, line hangs up. I know it’s Christmas but at least have someone answer phone. No wonder so many retail places close with poor service like this!

This has to be the worst drive up service I have ever seen. I have sat outside unable to find a spot for almost 10 minutes and in that 10 minutes I saw one person bring out a cart for one spot.

Refused military ID as a form of identification…”was told from someone earlier in the DoD that military ID’s are not a form of ID.” Save yourself the headache and go to ANY other target. Manager also hung up midway through our call as my wife was unable to purchase groceries for the household that evening.

I went in looking for a specific shirt in the women's department and when I needed help a very kind and knowledgeable associate named Jasmine assisted me. I explained to her what I was looking for and she offered to look in the back for me no problem and was so kind about it. Honestly I don't even care that the shirt ended up not being in stock Jasmine was so cool and hospitable about it all it compensated for it. I went to a supervisor to tell her how great Jasmine was so hopefully she gets recognition for the great work she does.

Drive up pickups are a nightmare at this location. Experiences delays all the time even if you let them know ahead through app that you are coming for pickup.
