The location on 180th is one of my favorite Super Targets to go to. I like their grocery area even though it seems as though most super targets and targets are always short on produce, not a huge issue since they aren't known for their produce just not something I can ever depend on them having. The store is really clean and well organized. The employees always seem busy so I don't have much interaction with them but they are working and none of them have ever been rude to me, and it's nice not having them follow you around or asking if you are finding everything okay over and over that is even worse. I frequent this super target even though it is quite a ways away from me because the parking lot is much better then the target close to me and the one by me is constantly over run by high schoolers who are loud and usually running around or just walking around the store being abrasive. This super target also has a really nice home section, I am able to find good clearance deals i only wish the home and office area was better because the target by me does have a bigger selection and with my son being into art I do like that.

Me and my sister were shopping by the outdoor stuff and I dropped my phone and we started laughing then a worker or somebody wearing a yellow vest shouted at us and told us to stop messing around when all I did was drop my phone...

I was harassed by an AT&T associate that was doing “promotions” at this target. He would not take no for an answer. I told him time and time again I was not interested in switching my phone plan. Now I’m having issues with my current provider.

This target is crazy understaffed! Staff are friendly and hard working but not enough of them… pickup or drive up always take 20-30 minutes. And lines are outrageous because they only have one person checking out at any given time. I will take my business to a better managed location, even though it’s farther from home.

Needs better management. Always have long lines for self checkout and hardly have cashiers available for checkout. The loss prevention lady there is gross the way she goes about her job, makes people feel really uncomfortable shopping there.

No one ever answers the phone at guest services at this target. You have to call multiple times and let it ring endlessly.

20 minutes waiting for a pickup order. At this point it would have been faster to go in and get what I needed

We called in a pick up order ahead of time. I went to get it after work and they brought it out quick. I got home, and we were missing all of our cold items. We tried calling them over 20 times and no one is answering. One time, someone in electronics answered and forwarded us to customer service and it hung up on us like the other 20 times. We will not be going to Target again. This is total bullshit.

30 minutes waiting for store pickup! Had to leave without it since life doesn't wait for short-staffed bloated corporations!! Strongly recommend you choose a different company. This happens at this location all the time.

I feel bad for the employees at this place, but I have tried to place multiple orders through the online circle because it's easier. They are always done over 2 hours (which whatever) but our orders have always been incorrect. Our last order an item was out of stock (nbd just frustrating), but then they gave my husband the WRONG items and did not bag the last item. There were 3 items on the list. Again having an online system not have the items in stock is not a big deal, but trying to give the wrong product to a customer and then short changing product is wild. This is not the first experience with this, but we will probably just avoid this Target.

Upon entering the 178th/Center store, even though they have huge container for sanitizing wipes and trash, there were no wipes-I think this is 2nd time in the last couple of months this container has been empty. We typically don’t grocery shop at Target and today’s trip reinforced why. Selections are limited-we mainly were getting corn syrup and the only size available will provide two batches of peanut brittle (normally I get 6 batches out of a container). Unable to find any green onions. We also weren’t able to find ‘Clean Shower Daily Cleaner’. Christmas tissue wrap was limited. The person who checked us out was efficient and actually carried on a conversation with us-so this was a plus.

This review is for the Starbucks kiosk: I never like to leave reviews because they’re tedious and take up my day but no one there is answering the phone. On Sunday, I went to target to grab one thing and that turned into 25 things, so naturally you want to grab Starbucks on the way out. I have my usual order because I am a creature of habit and a friendly one at that. I approached the counter and asked for my Venti Latte and asked if they could add 4 pumps of chai to that. When the young man (with longer hair and braces) ran up the order I noticed a clear discrepancy in price. The register read $9.75, this is incorrect because a Venti Latte with Chai should be about $6.50. I asked why is was $9.75, to which he replied because you want a ‘dirty chai’ I calmly but firmly said, well no I would like my venti Latte with chai. He replies, with attitude and with the empty cup slammed to the counter, “ okay I’m not going to fight with you” , cue the deliberate sigh. I repeated what he had said because in shock, “ why would I want to fight with you? It’s simply not a $10 drink.” I proceeded to leave but made the mistake of walking back because there were 7 employees standing around doing nothing and I thought at least ONE was the manager? I asked who was the manager and an older woman with red dyed hair, in braided pig tails informed me the manager was not there but she was in charge. Without a name tag I don’t have her name and when asked she didn’t provide it. One of the baristas, jasmine was incredibly rude, she kept interrupting me as I tried to speak with this woman in charge about the behavior of the young man who ran the register. Everything got out of hand when the other baristas had to ‘hold back’ Jasmine and usher her and the young man to the back. Their verbal rants were getting louder and my voice began to get increasing louder as well. The woman ‘in charge’ did nothing to keep them professional or remedy the situation. As a former Starbucks manager myself, the three of them have no business being in that kiosk or any job that actively requires you to be professional, friendly, have a sense of hospitality and problem solving. They simply lack the self control and comprehension skills.

I came into the store with my 12 year old cousin to go shopping and two employees came up to us and told us we need to leave for no reason, and all we were doing was walking around for groceries. I said we didn't do anything wrong and the manager said I don't care and proceeded to harass us and kick us out of the store when all I was there for was to shop for groceries. Overall the employees were extremely rude. I've come to this store for years and have never had a problem until then.

This is centered more towards the AT&T sales people in electronics. We were there on black Friday and Christopher from AT&T was telling us about their amazing Black Friday deal. We were intrigued and moved 6 lines over. Throughout the process Chris promised that AT&T would pay Verizon directly for the leftover owed on 5 of the 6 phones multiple times. We asked him many times if that was true because other providers do not do that. Little did we know, AT&T ONLY credits you for the payoff of the phones. You STILL have to pay off the phone with Verizon. So, now, we owe $1600 to Verizon and our AT&T account will be credited monthly a small amount until we hit $1,000 for 5 of the phones. And AT&T will not credit us until they receive the old phones, which they said could take up to 3 months. So, long story short, the AT&T salesmen are slimy and will tell you whatever they can to get your sale. BEWARE YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.
