Testify uses an amazing individual “pro good health program” that focuses on keeping your body’s condition stronger for the present and the future. Bodies of any type change as they age. Most of the changes put strength of muscle and bone in decline. Correct technique is stressed, so even bodies with some ailments can benefit. I’m 73 and have stenosis of the back. As I lift, coaches give technique pointers that help me lift without aggravating my condition. I leave feeling better than when I came in. I can build bone density and strength for daily life activities. Coaches and lifters are friendly and willing to spot for the lifts that require help to ensure safety. What a great place to help you “BE STRONG!”

You'll find people of all ages, careers, and lifting levels. There are people just beginning to squat at 45 lb and seasoned experts doing over 300 lb squats. This diversity not only adds to the richness of the experience but also provides an opportunity to learn from one another without an ounce of judgement. Place is awesome. Phil and the rest of the coaches taught perfect form on a bunch of different lifts. Someone is always going to watch you do your work out, and critic or compliment you on how it goes. Awesome gym for people starting to weightlift, or people who have done it for years. Would recommend to everyone.

Fantastic coaches are always here to help me and make sure I’m doing the barbell training correctly so I don’t hurt myself. I started here in 2017. By age 63 I was able to do 105# bench press, 200# back squat and 223# deadlift. I’m definitely want to keep coming so my bones and muscles stay strong into my later years!I highly recommend Testify Strength & Conditioning! It’s not only helpful, but very friendly to everyone of all ages. ♥️

This is a great gym to learn how to workout & to get strong. The coaches are so knowledgeable & the people who workout are so nice & the atmosphere is fun! You also get to meet the gym dogs & little Addie & Anna! Such a great addition to the gym!!

I’m 68 years old and started working out at Testify Strength & conditioning 6 weeks ago. At that time, I couldn’t even squat a 22 lb bar to a 17-inch-high bench. Today, I squatted 135 lb to full depth, 5 reps times 3 and dead lifting over 200 lb. Great coaches and great people to work out with.

I started weightlifting at Testify 3 months ago. The staff has been very helpful with teaching how to perform the major lifts. They ensure you are practicing good form by using effective cues. The gym provides rental weightlifting shoes and belts if you don't have your own. The equipment is well-maintained, and chalk is provided for you. The cliental is friendly and very supportive.I would highly reccomend this gym to new or experienced weightlifters.

Best gym! Amazing coaches, and a great community where you will make friends and get strong. I have taken breaks on and off over the last 10 years due to having children but I always come back because there is nothing as good as Testify!

I joined Testify almost 4 years ago, with zero experience or training in correct barbell lifting. I can highly recommend Testify on two parameters:1. As you enter mid and late 50's, building and maintaining strength and muscle mass become really important for healthy aging. I don't think there is any better way to do this than with correct barbell training on the back squat, deadlift, and press. Both my subjective experience and objective-ish research reinforces my conclusion.2. There's no better place to learn how to do the program than Testify, IMO. There's is continuous personal coaching and encouragement from a certified trainer at every session. Plus all the fellow lifters provide additional encouragement. It's a very friendly and supportive environment.(And I heard there may be 10% discount on monthly dues for a 5 star review.)
