I took a foam rolling class at Bodysmith Fitness and found it very informative! Brad and the coaches walked through many exercises to prime stretching and better exercise performance, and demonstrated a wide range of tools as well.I really appreciated the thoughtfulness Brad and his coaches showed during the class. They had a lot of awareness of their clients, including injuries that might make certain exercises not advisable in their case. The class felt very personalized even though it was a group training class.

Best gym ever - fun, friendly, clean, caring, knowledgeable! The owner and coaches are excellent at creating workouts and providing resources to keep people accountable and on track to meet their individual fitness and health goals. They also vary the workouts so that it doesn't get boring - it's a very fun and non-intimidating environment where you will see results. There are group classes or individualized training plans - they are willing to help you with whatever goals you may have!

I loved coming to the Bodysmith! As a college softball player back home for the summer, it was a great time and kept me in shape while I wasn’t at school. The staff was always friendly and helpful with my college lifting program. I love the smoothie bar as a treat after workouts and love seeing Trudy, the gym dog. Thank you all again and I’d definitely recommend to anyone who is looking to find a comfortable and supportive gym.

The bodysmith is awesome. Joining was one of the best decisions I could have made for my health. Brad and his team are great they truly are there to help you reach your fitness goals. The workouts are so much fun and they challenge you.

As a division 1 wrestler briefly stopping into town this place was perfect for staying in shape, the 3 racks plus ample dumbbells and floor space made the workout just as easy to do as home. The turf area was great for working some motion stuff afterward. The whole experience was tied together nicely by gym dog Trudy.

My workouts here are the highlight of my day. The classes are challenging and fun. I feel so welcome, genuinely happy to be there. It is hands-down the friendliest gym in town. I always leave with a smile on my face. I’ve never committed to a routine before, and I’m so glad I found this gym, as I plan to keep coming back! The personal coaching and accountability they offer is top notch. And I get to hang out with Trudy the dachshund!

I've been a member of The Bodysmith for about 5 years. The staff and the members are nothing like I have ever experienced at other gyms, they are like family. They genuinely care.The Bodysmith is not just a great gym, they have taught me that nutrition is #1, recovery is #2 and exercise is #3. I'm usually at the gym 4 - 5 days a week and no longer look at it as something I have to do to "lose weight". I recently retired and decided that my membership to The Bodysmith is not something I am willing to give up because it's something that I do for ME.If you are looking for a great gym and great people you should check them out!!!
