Highly Recommend Tony for Home Loans!
I was referred to Tony by another loan officer from a different bank who, after reviewing my income situation, believed Tony would be the right person to help me secure an FHA loan—and he was absolutely right.
Tony was incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and efficient throughout the entire process. He not only helped me get approved for my new home, but also structured the loan in a way that minimized my closing costs significantly. Thanks to his guidance and the credits I received from the builder, I was even able to pay off a personal loan I had been carrying.

Home buying isn't the big scary thing I thought it was, well not atleast when you're working with Tony Denman.
Tony is experienced, kind and driven. He walked me through the home buying steps explaining everything along the way. He exceeded my expectations in everything, I got approved and closed on my house In no time at all. The entire process was unbelievably smooth.
Tony made himself available for all the little things along the way always encouraging me to call if I had any questions. Which I did and was always immediately reached out to. him and his team really work for you!

As a loan officer Tony stands far above the others this man will go above and beyond for you if you are honest with him . He helped me straighten out my credit and got me approved for my loan that was some 10 years ago and I still talk with the man .
